I bought buy one get one free shorts from here about 2 months ago. First pair i got the button fell off before i even wore them. Second pair ripped completely down the seam after only wearing them twice. The quality of the clothing from this store has gone downhill significantly. I won’t be buying from this store, or any aeropostale ever again.

We went Christmas shopping. Would have been better if thought backsmart so close to the checkout stand. We had to dodge people even though it wasn't very busy

I personally work in customer service and retail so I know exactly what it’s like to deal with all different types of customers and many different requests they may suggest. I did not appreciate that they do not go above and beyond for the customer to make it a more convenient shopping experience. Instead, they want to make it more difficult for you. They have BOGO FREE deals on Mens and women bottom, as I work retail I am already aware that you pay for the most expensive item and get the second item free. I return to the store 30 days later to exchange the lesser value pants for another pair of pants that equaled the same amount as the higher valued pants I initially purchased. I had my receipt showing I received the bogo free deal but because I did not have the higher value pants with me, along with the ones I wanted to exchange present at the time, the manager did not want to honor the BOGO Free deal and was charging me full price. Instead she’s making me go back home to then come back to the store to show her the higher value pants so that she can then do the exchange. She could have easily just returned both jeans on the receipt and then charged me for the one I kept at home and scan the current one I would like to purchase to allow for a complete even exchange without the customer having to have both jeans present. If one worked and one didn’t why would I need to bring both of them to the store?! That is so inconvenient for your customers and a waste of a trip. The stores inventory will be completely correct and your customer leaves satisfied and hassle free. She may be new to retail but I have worked retail for 10 years smh.

Great customer by a young lady. I had to buy uniforms for my daughter. She helped us alot. Even went in the back grabbed sizes. I need more then what's was in store so she gave me a coupon for free shipping for my online order. I wish I knew her name because she honestly was awsome !

Bought my daughter pants and shirts. Great customer service that is knowledgeable about products sold. Very helpful with picking out a variety of clothes once size was determined. Will shop there again!
