Stay away from these people. They’ve lied to me numerous times about filling my oxygen tank. I finally had to call Airgas in Orlando, who was very helpful and took care of my problem.

Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER! We have NEVER paid late or not paid. We were going to include these invoices on our next check out to them but that wasn't good enough...they needed a credit card over the phone that very minute in order to fill our supply request. Just sad.ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, the delivery guys are fantastic. Always friendly on the phone also. We even get calls asking what we need for they day.

I'm looking for another place to get my cylinders right now. I actually went in there to buy a welder but they didn't have one that I needed so I went to harbor freight and got one for thousands of dollars less. Then I go to get two cylinders and told them very specifically I wanted an argon and a mix gas tank and said the word two tanks specifically. I was planning on working till midnight tonight because I have been slammed busy. The guy gave me the mix gas bottle and I asked him where was the other one and he didn't know what I was talking about and I clearly explained to him that I wanted two bottles one of each. He took a cocky attitude with me and told me to come back Tuesday after the 4th so that left me three days unemployed. I've been doing business with this company for 30 years. Very disappointed

They are very rude. I witnessed a litter girl try and sell candy to them and they were rude to her. It is a shame that they have such issue with customer service.

Also saw that the price for refill of my cylinder has nearly doubled since last month, one of the employees that has been there for a long time (at least the 2-3 years I have been going here) told me that corporate was losing money with the shut downs and told them to charge more or be replaced.......... And not to give any discounts to anyone.

Great guys but didn't realize it was 25$ for a lb of tig filler plus an 8.75$ hazmat fee. Amazon was cheaper but I had already driven there..

Was really disappointed. Went to get gas today and it has doubled since the last time purchased. Employees are great and very hard working but seems home office has gotten greedy and taking advantage of the Covid19 virus. Shame on you.

What a phenomenal staff..not only did they swap out my acetylene tank but they helped me repair my regulators hose for no extra charge. Very friendly, made this amateur, son of a plumber feel at ease with their knowledge and approachability.
