Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for the $100 cash advance example is 338.93% assuming a 14 day hold period. They take advantage of the poor people cause they obviously think they aren't educated enough. But paying 338.93 percent Apr is somehow a good thing since your poor let that sink in.

While on vacation I needed some extra cash. I've never even considered a cash advance but my friend suggested Amscot. I was so pleased at how easy and how quick the process was. The Branch Manager Megan was so kind and professional answering all of my questions and then some . This may have been my first transaction with Amscot but thanks to her it will definitely not be my last. Thanks Megan!
