Hi worst experience ever will not recommend..I took my classic car to Artic Air got a quote for my AC gave me a price. And everything went downhill fast from there kept my car for two months couldn’t find my parts had two do all my own leg work on finding my parts .. Cut holes in my finder instead of removing it to run wire use old wire instead of new did not replace fan motor wiring was all over the place nothing was right AC system kept turning of wrong fuses quote Chang by extra 600 dollars at this point looking for someone to redo everything will not recommend no one with a classic car go there …..😡😡😡

I took my kia soul there and the girl in the office told me up front what the cost would compressor $675.00 and if needed more parts then like $300.00 more took my car in the back and told me my compressor wasn't frozen just needed a belt they had the part there immediately I waited an hour and a half and car was done very professional and friendly I would highly recommend them if you need ac wor done on ur car I read the reviews on here and you can't please everyone but I am extremely happy with the work they did bring your car here for the best work ever

This was the worst place i have ever been to. I took my dodge dually diesel 4x4 there and they not only dented my condenser and acted like it was like that before. My knobs for my truck on the dashboard dont work anymore. I came to pick up my truck after they said it was done. They took my behind the building and showed me where my hood hit my condenser, never has my hood not shut on my truck. So my condenser has a huge dent, my knobs for the ac dont work, my hood wouldnt shut and the funny thing was she had the audacity to tell me she wasnt going to charge me for the diagnosis after causing damage to my vehicle and playing ignorant and oh the diagnosis was also wrong.So, yea. Dont go to artic air, they do horrible work.

The BEST BEST BEST A/C repair shop ever, they're honest, professional,fast ,helpful and friendly ,my 2019 infiniti the A/C wasn't working at all since i bought it, my friend told me about this shop but i looked at some reviews i got worried so i visited another shop with better rating at first ,the first thing he told me that he need to discharge the freon and charge it again for $300 as a start althoughi told him that i checked it myself ,then we'll start from there! I told my friend, he convinced me to try Arctic and he promised that I'm gonna be happy. To be honest as my A/C wasn't kicking at all i was expecting to pay a lot of money,you know they could tell me the compressor isn't working and the sensor and the pipeline and charge me $1200 easy,but in two hours my A/C was working perfectly with only $249 including tax as it needed the A/C sensor and the recharge the freon plus they checked something elsei asked about not relatedto A/C for free!
I PROMISE if you come here you're gonna be happy guys.
