I had a particularly stressful experience last night at the AT&T on Beville Road. I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max and was switching from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. We could not get the new phone to update, and I left without having the new phone setup.
Despite this, JESSE provided the highest quality customer service! I wish I could steal him away to come work at my organization. I arrived to the store a little after 5:00pm, and I did not leave until after 8:30pm. The store closed at 7:00pm! JESSE stayed THAT late working as hard as possible to take care of my phone.
JESSE finally managed a solution so that my new phone would work, would update overnight, and he let me know when he would be working again if I had any issues with the transfer.
This young man does not make enough money! I watched him assist other customers while waiting, and he not only provided excellent customer service, he was also highly ethical and followed store protocol.
AT&T — give JESSE a promotion and a raise!

Representative (Jessie) was friendly, efficient and courteous. Also, even though the manager (Chanell) was off duty, he was also very pleasant. Excellent teamwork and great customer service at 1195 Beville Road in Daytona Beach, Florida.
