First of all I just started with ATT last week still learning few stuff and how everything works I called yesterday like 2 times 1 put on hold forever then called again no help last call a women answered the phone very rude and didn't let me explain I just got 2 coupons for signing up with Att just wanted to know if they had cases and screen protector for my phone she stated I needed to be on the store for me to find out if they have i think.that is not correct then at the background I heard a male yelling WE DONT HAVE NONE ,I went to ATT cause thought customer service was supposed to be excellent and helping new customers they had me so upset , was thinking leaving already for the customer service they provided to me very rude , I believe if u work for a company it's dedicated to get business to take care of the customer 100 percent , all i just wanted is help, management please make sure your associates know wat customer service is 100 percent satisfaction is ,,,,,Maybe you won't have customer leaving ATT.

Ashanti is the BEST!!! I’m 71yrs old and she took time to explain everything to me. She made sure I received all available discounts and promos. I will be back to purchase other items, but I want her to help me! If she is on a break I’ll wait or off that day I’ll come back😊. Great customer service!!!

Damon could not have been more helpful. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from AT&T since their customer service phone help is so awful. I'd been wrestling with no WIFI (that I've been paying for!) on my phone for over a month. I had called customer service several times without resolution. In addition, I never had WIFI or phone service internationally despite being charged for the service by AT&T. Damon quickly ascertained that my international plan had probably placed a data blocker on my phone. He removed it within moments. Plus, he reviewed my service plan an and saved me $30 a month! Get a burner phone if you travel internationally or use WhatsApp. Thank you Damon!

Came in to add two lines and they added 3 lines… then on top of that added insurance and other stuff with out my acknowledgment. Sounds like Fuad to me smh…. 🤦🏽♂️ ended up with a $500.00 bill

Sell you something. As soon as the sale happens there is none or unhelpful customer. A Communication company that can't communicate and don't really care to!!!
