It was indeed a pleasure having Kaleena and Jodie providing exceptional customer service to me today at this Clyde morris location in Daytona beach. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in but both ladies made sure that I received excellent customer service. The professionalism that both ladies delivered today was beyond excellent customer service and I would definitely refer family and friends to BOA.

Drive thru atm never works. Few months ago it just took the cash I tried to deposit so I went inside and the lady walking around with her iPad was super rude to me about the situation. Now the drive thru atm won't even take your card... if you don't want people to use the drive through feature for your bank just close it off completely.. the place looks run down honestly there is trash and cigarette butts all over the parking lot.....do better

I’m only giving this place 2 because the manager tried her best to get my check cleared sooner. But what was the point and asking for it to be expedited when I’m still waiting. Edit. I’ve changed my review from 2 to 4. Because I finally found someone on the customer service number who truly helped. I’ve been looking for the survey he was supposed to send the CSR’s name is BRANDON BTW But I can’t find it. He wasn’t able to get my check cleared. But he was able to give me some cushion with a Memo credit. Which is all I needed was something to get us through until it cleared. Which I’m surprised no one else offered. I didn’even know they could do that. He was able to credit us $300 until the check clears. Thank You Brandon for truly helping and getting that credit on there. It helped more then he’ll ever know. More CSR’s should be like Brandon. Instead of just telling people there’s nothing they can do. Because there’s always something that can be done. It’s just the matter of doing it. Also the manager at this Branch ( Jody Deforest) did do what she could to help. And was very nice helpful and informative.

There's 3 bankers working. 2 customers waiting. 1 banker helping a customer over 15 mins and going. I'm just waiting to be helped. The other bankers are just talking instead of helping their customers. Another customer came in but he left now it's another customer and we still waiting to be helped. Don't come to this bank not unless u don't have anything to do. This is so ridiculous!!!

Everytime I visit this branch I have an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager always greet customers once they come in and guide them to what they need. Ginger went above and beyond to facilitate my visit. She informed me about benefits that I was not aware off. She found that I was eligible to upgrade to platinum membership, and she assisted me applying for a credit card, and was approved on spot. She did that although my main goal for the visit was only to notarize documents. Always satisfactory experience at this branch.
