Overpriced books and coffee. It is what it is. It's sort of newer and cleaner than most Barnes and Nobles.
Starbucks here is confusing because there's no start and pickup order posted. So people always try to cut. They need a 'start' and 'pickup'

Not up to B&N standards. Store was dirty throughout. Staff was rude and the new releases weren’t out on time. Disappointed to say the least.

I have been looking for a certain book and I was told to go visit Barnes & Noble so I did and of course they had the book that I've been looking for for over a year now I know where to go when I'm looking for a book instead of driving myself crazy and looking all over the Internet just go to Barnes & Noble they have everything the prices are reasonable and the customer service and the whole atmosphere is wonderful

Like the way they are going with the store. No carpet, better for everyone. Shelves give you a better feel of getting around. It's always fun to go to the book store.

Visited this location twice since the original store was closed on International Drive. It is an embarrassment compared to the original as far as displays, merchandise, cafe area and diverse products. Our family used to go to the original store weekly. Everytime I called to see if they stocked a book, I was told to order online. Why bother when I can buy it for less $ elsewhere? Stopped shopping there after the second visit.

Not into the overly modern decor. Doesn't feel right. Cold and boring. Vinyl section was severely lacking and disappointing. Nothing about this place was peaceful. As a matter of fact, the Starbucks looked like a daycare center.

Came in looking specifically for Harry Potter merch. Clearly labelled section made my shopping experience quick and easy! Bathrooms were a little messy
