I am so torn because I love the products at Bath and Body Works, however every single experience I have ever had at this store has been extremely negative due to the behaviors from the store staff. They are consistently rude, patronizing, and judgemental. They act as though I have no purpose in the store because I dress slightly alternatively, however they gladly scan my card for hundreds of dollars worth of purchases consistently. It makes me want to just stop supporting at this point. I suggest management takes some time to relay customer service and treating people with dignity, as they are literally in the business of hospitality and customer relations.
