They installed a new battery in my son's Apple 14.
Problem: The screen didn't work as expected after the battery was installed.
Solution: They replaced the screen at no charge.

I wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude and admiration for an employee named Armon. His exemplary customer service went above and beyond any expectation, and he deserves to be recognized.
I called two minutes before closing, fully expecting to be met with a hurried response or possibly no answer. Instead, Armon answered on the second ring and provided a level of service that was both professional and deeply considerate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the options and specifications for two different automotive batteries for my vehicle. He not only confirmed what he had in stock but also went the extra mile to inform me that he could have the alternative option available for me the very next day.
What truly left me in awe, however, was what he said next. Understanding the urgency of my need for a car battery, and despite it being past closing time, Armon offered to stay late to ensure I could get what I needed. In a world where many are eager to leave work the moment their shift ends, Armon chose to prioritize a customer's needs over his own schedule.

Runs was extremely helpful and part of an extremely helpful staff.Grateful for her and the staff. I had to come back for some things and CJ also handled my needs regarding questions. You could not ask for a better group of employees and leadership team!

I have had batteries from Walmart and auto one and they honor their batteries warranty with no questions . Our battery from Batteries plus went bad after only one year. They argue that the location we bought it from closed and we did not have a purchase ticket. This was the last battery I purchase from them.

I purchased six 8 volt golf cart batteries on line. Picked them up at the store and drove them to my home. I then discovered that one of the batteries was a 6 volt battery. I then had to put it back in my car and drive it back to the store to get the correct battery. The personnel were courteous and professional however this was a big inconvenience.

Shout out to Ahmed!!! He went above and beyond to clean the battery acid from a sentimental voice book that my daughter had made she was 4 years old. It was corroded and not working when I brought it in. I thought her little book and the saved recordings from when she was little were lost forever but Ahmed fixed it and now it works again. I cried. Thank you so much Ahmed ♥️
