I ordered a banana split, but it seems like the concept of a banana split was lost on them. Instead of the traditional dessert with a perfectly sliced banana, I received three scoops of ice cream accompanied by a banana and fudge. It was definitely not what I expected and left me feeling disappointed. Moreover, the price I paid for this subpar dessert was quite high, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a horrible and pricey experience that I wouldn't want to repeat.

My boyfriend and I were walking our two dogs when we decided to stop in for a banana split. I waited outside while my boyfriend went inside to order. Joseph and henry told my boyfriend that they would be thrilled to let the dogs come in for a whipped cream treat and ice cold water. Their customer service along with their positive attitudes were far beyond any standard of any company policy that I've hear of. These two went above and beyond and I am so happy to have learned of their dog friendly environment! We both left in a better mood than when we first walked in. Best customer service in Daytona.

Andrea and Michael made my Bday so special with wonderful customer service, AWESOME hot fudge sundae and kind enough to take pic! Left Drink cooler there after leaving then called and they picked up right away and holding cup until tomorrow when we go back! I’m in restaurant biz and hard to come by such great employees

The BEST Birthday Ever thanks to Andrea and Michael for making me the BEST ICE CREAM Sundae!!! Awesome customer service and being kind enough to take pix! Left our water cup there and when we called, they answered right away and said they would give to us when back tomorrow! I'm in the restaurant business and it's rare these days to find such wonderful employees!

Stopped in before the Supercross race. 3 people working and all busy tending to customers. The guy that helped us was very nice and personal. Explained to me it was a better deal for 2 scoops so if course I got 2!! He even asked what brought us to town and where we came from. Price was fine and as expected. (Idk why people leave bad reviews about price ??♂️ ).

You can never go wrong with this ice cream. This was our first time visiting as we were in the area. The prices are what you would expect visiting this type of location in a very tourist area in Daytonna. What we paid for three ice creams is what we could pay for 5-6 cartons at the store. They have a great outdoor where you can people watch and enjoy the nice atmosphere. Overall, my daughter and wife were very happy with the nice dessert after dinner.

Stopped in during our spring break visit to Daytona. I ate way too much ice cream, but it was worth it. The staff was great and the location is pretty convenient, too.

The employees are terrible, they are rude. Every time I try to place a order it is never there. Their system is down they always say. I payed for the food and showed it. They wouldn't even make it. They told me to just cancel it. This is the worst location I have ever seen. I'm my opinion should be shut down!!!
