Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Do Not Stay Here
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority.
The room smelled moldy and unclean, as if it hadn’t been properly maintained in months. The cleaning was unacceptable—the floors were dirty, the bathroom was not fully cleaned, and the sheets felt questionable. The hallways and common areas reeked of weed, and it seemed like no one was enforcing any kind of rules or standards.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Any concerns were either ignored or met with attitude. I did not feel safe or comfortable for even a minute.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even for one night. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stay away. Terrible hotel. Very limited parking spots. Very hard to find a parking spot if you come late st night. Almost ZERO water pressure in the shower head. No room service. Never again at this Terrible place

From our arrival on Wednesday to our departure on Saturday everything was amazing! The front desk was great, the room was great and the people in the area was so nice! We ate at Captain Pizza and the Starlite Diner both had top notch service and really good food! We will definitely be visiting this property again and only book here when we come to Daytona!

Very nice facility which was very clean what a wonderful pool and great location as you can walk to many places to eat an excellent access to the beach

The only reason why I gave a 4 star is because the pool was down . The room was really nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We will be definitely looking forward to staying here again.

The rooms were nice. With a beautiful view. Nice pool, easy access to the beach. Everything was going great until we found two roaches in our room. It definitely put this hotel to a one star. I'm sure a lot of hotels have them. But not crawling through the room. Also, when we got to our car in the morning we found a nazi symbol in the dust on the back window. Apparently someone didn't like us being there. Definitely would never stay here again.

Parking is a bit tight for starters. The receptionist was really good at getting us in. Getting to & walking into the rooms changed the whole experience… prior guests urinated in the halls, a hint of mold hung in the air once we opened the door, & when our kids got into bed, it reeked of piss. Thankfully the receptionist promptly processed a refund. Sorry folks, NOT coming back here again.

Closes beach access from 10pm to 8am so no sunrise beach walks unless you walk down the busy highway a couple blocks. No water pressure for shower. Mold in bathroom. Parking lot not truck friendly.

Never been to a hotel where it wasn’t included…
Only thing that was enjoyable about this hotel was the view of the ocean.
Checking in the lobby is very small, and the entire facility is dingy with a slight odor of cigarettes which is ironic because there is no smoking signs everywhere. I originally booked 4 day stay for my birthday, I asked for that to be changed to one day. The room I was in was right by the stairs which normally isn’t an issue at other hotels. People were coming in and out of the hallways yelling and there was no sound reduction. The view is beautiful but ruined by 7 am with construction going on right next door. Would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re booking to relax.

This is the hotel I stayed at on my first visit before moving to Daytona Beach. For the hotel itself, this Best Western Plus is above average, and the rooms are not up to the "Plus" standard. The hallways are dark and narrow, and the smell of cigarettes is disturbing. Various small advertisements are stuffed into the room from the bottom of the door (in addition to pizza ads, there are nightclub and erotic service ads), but the front desk service is good. The hotel has its own pool at the back and quick access to the beach. But I have lived in the area for 2 years now. If I had to choose again, I would probably recommend the standard Best Western in the city center.

This is an older Hotel but you wouldn't know it from the service. the front desk people of phenomenal and the lady who did our rooms was sweet. she cleaned the room EVERYDAY, FREE OF CHARGE BTW!!! which is kind of a miracle nowadays. make sure you leave a tip for the ladies who clean your room. they do a good job. the beach was pristine and the water was wonderful. there are lifeguards on duty all day. The hotel also has a pool right on the beach
Noteworthy details: Daytona Beach is trying its best to get back to before Ian came around and knocked down a lot of the hotels. But our hotel was wonderful. it is older than the ones being built, of course, but the service makes up for it.

I wanted to write this review regarding an employee at best western Seabreeze hotel in Daytona Florida. Her name is Lisa front desk I believe, she was great she went above a beyond to make sure my question were answered and to make sure that our booking was made as easy as possible. I called her three times and she was happy to help and never had a bad attitude. Hopefully when we get there the rest of the experience is as great as her customer service. Thank you Lisa!
