I had a great experience with Trisha she helped me out so much. I lost my phone but I came in and she helped me get a new one in minutes and all my old info was still in my phone I appreciate her so much.

This company is for the birds. I would not recommend trusting this company. When you buy a brand new phone, they don't even tell you that the charger that comes with your phone is not compatible unless you buy a charger with them. That requires the compatibility, so you have to go back there after the fact to purchase something else to charge a brand new phone that you just bought. That's horrible customer service andefinitely a new way of life in the phone business.Buy a brand new phone but have to purchase a separate charger for it

Great store,very convenient and the Trisha the young lady working there this morning was a big help in cleaning up my phone. She is so helpful I think Boost should give her a raise.
