Workers are extremely unattentive. They do not greet customers as they walk in or even a simple hello if you are within 5 feet of them. They just stand by the register talking to each other. It's been like this for YEARS.

I had a bad experience as the manager treated me very rude when I was trying to use the card I took from her before and o have a credit on it. She throw it on the counter and said it doesn’t work and I will do nothing. She scratched the pin without permission and make one number hard to be seen and when I ask her I can’t see the pin, she said wear glasses and laughed.
I am trying to call the customer service from more than 3 weeks, they hold me on the waiting until the line hung up.

DON'T SHOP HERE! Horrible experience as an out-of-state visitor. I asked the woman to open the fitting room so my 13 year old can make sure one pair of jeans fit and the ladies refused saying that they were closed. We had been inside selecting merchandise and before checking out (12 minutes to close) made the request to slide on one pair of pants we would travel 8 hours with. This store is not in our state so they needed to fit. They refused and we put our many items back to not give them a dime of our money. I asked nicely and pleaded that we were travelers leaving first light. I was at the register with the other items just waiting on her to confirm the fit. Corporate should know that on 12/27/2024 at 7:48 p.m. the staff on shift at Volusia Mall (Daytona Beach) were not functioning with a business mind or care for customer service.

This is by far my favorite store in the whole mall!!! every time I come here I have to stop in and see what they have because there’s always something cool and something different and something unique. don’t even get me started on how the prices are cause it’s ridiculous for the quality of the materials that they use but somehow they make it work. I highly recommend checking it out.!!!

My friends and I spent about an hour in this store. Just trying to decide what we wanted because the selection was amazing. The clothes were all so cute and offered in so many styles. Plus the prices were unbelievable and the shoes were incredibly adorable

I want it to try a couple of dresses, but for some reason, I wasn't allowed. They don't take returns only exchanges.. So, I left very frustrated and disappointed.

Employees have an attitude and lack professionalism when you approach them.I also understand not allowing people to try things on because of corona, but they only allow returns for store credit: they WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.If you only offer returns for in store credit, you need to let people try things on so they can decide if it's worth purchasing.If you won't let people try things on, you need to GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK.The clothes are cheap because they're ill-fitting and low quality.

Apparently they don’t want you to buy anything because they still have the fitting rooms closed. How do you expect people to buy things if they don’t know if it fits or not.

Seems ever since this place went bankrupt and opened back up, they did away with their plus size section. Couldn’t find anything above an XL, yet I have a jacket in 3X that I bought from them a couple years back. Gone downhill, probably should have stayed closed.

My daughter and wife used to love this store. It went out of business for about a year in this mall. It is just now undergoing a grand reopening for December 2019. Looks like all the same clothing as before so I'm not quite sure why it went out of business for a year. No remodeling, same store location, same clothing.
