I have an Amazon credit card through chase. This bank clearly doesn't understand customer service. They don't have time for people evidently. Don't waste your time on this bank. I have been trying to set up an auto pay on my card for hours now. Im a new customer and already regretting getting involved with chase.

This bank is the worst bank in Daytona Beach, FL. They stuffed this bank in a crowed, busy plaza. Someone is always parking in the Handicapped parking space. They NEVER the phone. So you end up having to call another bank or physically drive to the bank. Their legal department is laughable and can’t be reached by phone. When you walk in, the agents are all standing around talking but can’t answer the ringing phone. The parking spaces are too small for the average car or SUV. Just save yourself the headache and trouble and go elsewhere.

Both inside and outside atms suck wanted to pay my credit card bill went outside and inside would work..couldn't count money had 20 bills and claim it takes up to100 bils at a time..very bad service time to change banks

Drive-up ATMs are one of the best things that Banks can offer. It is safer and more convenient than a walk-up ATM. Additionally Chase's ATMs are probably some of the most advanced I've seen and they rarely break down or offer any problems. I actually really love Chase

J Diamond can you please fix the AC for good! AC being worked on in P O and this one was closed for the same thing. Some fans will be ok as long as I don't have to drive 20 miles to get to the next branch! It is summer and the globe is warming I'm told.

This bank needs to do something with their Atm's. Today at 5:40 am went to make my usual withdrawal and the machine registered it in my account but the money never came out of the machine. Now my debts are unpaid. It's impossible to resolve anything before 9 am and now I have to lose hrs of my time fighting with the bank to understand the money never came out of the machine and that it duplicates the transactions. If anyone ever read this things please help. The ATM never released the money!! The Atm never works well at this branch. Do not come to this branch if you are traveling or for general purposes.

Do not come to this bank unless you want to lose all your money I came on a Sunday and deposited money in the outdoor atm just for the fucking machine to steal my money and not deposit it into my account when I made a claim they told me that they couldn't find the money even though there's cameras . Smfh
