Tacky and ILLEGAL TIP JAR sitting on counter.... how many other Circle K stores are doing this?

Good location well stocked clean parking lot pumps were clean and I got a receipt. Staff was friendly.. there was hardly any wait although the place was pretty busy. Good location..
