I’m shopping for hair dye product and there was a “trainee” customer service staff who offered to assist. To my benefit; she may be new at retail but she has extensive knowledge of hair coloring, and told me what I needed and why I needed it to achieve the color and gray coverage I desired. My hair turned out fantastic and it’s the exact color I was aiming for. So grateful for your expertise and recommendation. Great customer service; 100% happy!!

I’ve shopped at this location for years. Staff changes what seems to be weekly. Stock is usually not on par either. Although there have been some great individuals who worked there I try not to go in because they never have what I need. It has made me use vendors instead of going in the store.

Incredibly rude individuals. Went into check if they had a product at the front of their store. I was not greeted even though I was looking at something up front. When I left they chased me down the sidewalk accusing me of stealing.Do not recommend.

Jennifer, one of the sales associates, is very friendly and personable. She has great color knowledge and always assists in the best possible way. Every time I go into CosmoProf of Daytona, she always greets me with her unforgettable smile and all around good energy.

Don’t go here. The lady working was extremely rude and was talking to me like I’m a animal in a zoo. She insisted on seeing my cosmetology card right when I got inside of the door, as if I was lying to her. She claimed thats the protocol however I’ve been here before and they usually check for proof at checkout. When I went to pay she had an attitude and claimed she doesn’t have change for the item I was buying. What kind of a store does not have change? The service here is awful and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their time here. They have very limited product selection and most of the items there are collecting dust. 0/5 stars.

This store is only doing curbside pickup during covid19 however they don’t answer the phone to take your orders after calling 23 times. They also don’t answer the door to take product orders either. Even when they are open the device is terrible and slow. I hate coming to this store and will never do so again.

The store is clean, friendly and had everything I needed! I was so fed up with salon centric I am switching to COSMOPROF! I sure miss the days when the industry was not monopolized. Products from all over the world and service was great because they HAD TO COMPETE. The way free enterprise was intended. If this doesn't work I will switch to THRIX COLOR pure pigment. Sick of the CORPORATE BS MYSELF! ??

Tried calling the store for two and a half hours straight because I need to place a curbside pick up order. Nobody will answer the phone at all. I need my order in an hour from now and yet no one will answer. Tried contacting corporate customer service, to help me and no one answered there either. Sent emails and messaged this location on Instagram still no response. How can a store be specifically only doing curbside pick up, yet can’t answer the phone when someone needs to place an order. Ridiculous.

Manager is not fit to be manager. Belittles her staff making them feel uncomfortable in there own job leaving physical visible signs of Stress on longest employed employee. Store was great until new manager. Has lost numerous repeat customers for her attitude to customers.
