Nice store, lots of options, but the store itself is small for the shopping volume of people. Was crowded and tight moving about. Otherwise, it was nice to finally get the Crocs we were looking for.

I ordered a medium tote and a croc charm and my package still hasn’t come. I placed the order on 6/9/25 and the package shipped on 6/11. I received 1 package and the other still hasn’t come. I contacted Crocs on several occasions and they asked me to wait because the package was still in transit. THE PACKAGE IS LOST. It’s now 6/23 and still nothing. I am furious and will never order from them again. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

I was with my family at the Daytona Tanger Outlets and visited the Crocs store and the Associates there were super friendly and so attentive!! Hope to see them there the next time we are out shopping!

Kind of expensive for me but my granddaughter was thrilled with her choice. They discount if you have crocs to trade in. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Love this place

Shout out to Chloe at the Daytona Beach Tanger Outlets Crocs Store!! She was so kind to me and the kids. Chloe helped us pick out Jibbitz for our crocs and informed us of all of the deals Crocs had going on!! 🐊✨ Clean store and very organized!!

Chloe was so sweet and charming. She was so patient with me and my friend as we put in our charms on our new crocs . she took her time with us and she was so nice and did not have an attitude. I would definitely shop at this location again.

It was nice. They were super slow .. The staff could be alittle bit more engaging (it could’ve been because it was so slow) as you should be when you need help in a croc store.
