Had to deal with a pharmacy worker that acted incredibly apathetic and the pharmacy failed to fill a prescription that they received many hours prior to me arriving. Had to come back again later in the day.

They deserve No stars. I received a text letting me know that they will try to contact my doctor for refill. The prescriptions are correct, however the Dr isn't. I attempted to call to speak with the pharmacy. The person that answered needs to go to like a PHONE PRO class. She was so rude. First of all, they close for lunch and dinner. The hours for the CVS are not listed correctly on the website. Nothing indicates they close for anything. She said, " you will need to call back on Monday. We are getting ready to close". Didn't say for dinner, or for the evening. She slams the telephone down. I worked in customer service for almost 40 years. If I would have acted like that, I would have been fired. Never even gave her name. Maybe let her count pills or something. Not answer the telephone. If this store is having issues, close it down. There are others around here. looks like others gave the same score. We had to go to Jacksonville FL one day to p/u meds. This location never received it. Need to get it together CVS.

I am a RN and called into this pharmacy as a provider to see if they had a medication in stock. I spoke to someone within 10 minutes on hold. That individual said I would have to talk to the pharmacist. I held for another twenty minutes before giving up.When a provider calls in from outside it is just professional courtesy to try to expedite their call. My call was simply to find out if they had a medication available for a patient.30 minutes on hold is not professional courtesy. The question could have been answered in less than 1-2 minutes if the pharmacist would have just picked up the phone.A very sad state of our healthcare system and the professionalism within some facilities.

I called to check my prescription status and the lady who answered was extremely rude. Proceeded to answer the phone saying "what" then hangs up on me. I will most definitely be changing my pharmacy after this.

dont come here theyre drive thru window intercom dont work to begin with you have to screami just moved here this is the worst carelss pharmacy i ever seen in my whole life at 63 i went back \u0026 forth there 7 times in 12 days for the promised prescription will arrive next day that theyre out of stock always the same thing they didnt restock it in 15 days yesterday they assured me it will be here at 3pm at 6pm same runaround they dont have it again this time truck is here but they didnt unload it now they dont know when it will arrive one lie \u0026 deception after the other every one know prescrption meds dont come on the truck usually a mini van or a car every day i get a text meds arrived \u0026 not there they have no customer courtasy or respect not even for an elder

Wish I could give a zero star. One of the worst pharmacies. Have to wait days for a simple prescription. Always understaffed. Employees are rude. And on top of all that I received incorrect quantity in my meds. I'm not sure how that is accepted at all. And I worry for people that might not notice.

After 5 attempts over a week to pick up an antibiotic and it continued to be "out of stock", I asked to have my two prescriptions be moved to a different store.I told the Pharmacist of the problems, mostly customer service and incompetence, he replies, "This pharmacy is having more problems than you know." When I said, "Then close, before you kill someone!" He said, "That is more difficult than you know." WHAT?MEANWHILE, my eyes will be swollen shut before the day is over, because they take two days before they can "get to" the transfer.

Staff is not properly trained at this store. Even the assigned manager depending on time you come in. Only two self checkout stations, have to use those since no one in the front.
