Terrible service. Rx was called in at 9am. I arrived at 10:20. The equipment at the window was so poor you could not hear. Then she said drive around for 30 mins, we have other cars. Very rude and unprofessional.

Showed up at 9:55 PM on June 12th, 2025. Doors locked. So absurd, not to mention illegal. Horrible costumer service, better yet not existent. Stay far away from this location, unorganized.

Had a hyperthyroid medication mixed in with my antibiotic prescription. When I alerted the pharmacy to the problem I was treated as though I had intentionally mixed the pill in with my antibiotics even though I have no such medication and have never taken such medication. I was then told to go sit and wait for as long as 30 minutes as they needed time to identify the pill even though a cursory search on google or the drug book would have been able to identify it as a hyperthyroid pill within minutes. I did not appreciate being made to feel as though I was somehow at fault for what was obviously the pharmacy team not clearing the dispensing tray fully between prescription fillings. Will not be back to this pharmacy and believe that action should be taken on what could have very easily been a life-threatening mistake on their part.

Super friendly and helpful staff at Pharmacy and Cashier area! They helped me find what I needed and kept me feeling prioritized until I did.

It is a busy CVS, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The shelves are generally filled and stocked with proper sales tags. The otc (fsa/hsa) is labeled. Their seasonal aisles always have something new and different. Overall, it is a great place.

Pharmacy and in particular the lead male pharmacist, is just ridiculous, rude and unhelpful - ONLY exception was the girl with pink hair who checked me out. I am on psych meds, and in particular Adderall. I dropped my script off on a Tuesday, and was told it couldn't be filled till the next day due to insurance. Ok fine, but I let them know it is a morning med and that I would be coming to pick up in the morning when they opened. Checked the app the next day before heading over and the status was that they did not have the med in stock and would have to order it and will take 2 business days. 5 days go by with the status remaining the same in the app. All this time I'm without an important med. I call on day 5 and of course have to leave a message. Pharmacist calls back and tells me that not only have they not ordered the med, but it is a brand that they don't even carry, let alone order. So if I had not called, no one would have let me know this IMPORTANT information. I have had issues with this particular male pharmacist before and after this experience I will be going to another pharmacy. Lost a very good customer because I live very close by.

The drive through prescription pickup is a joke. Nobody seems to be tending the window. If you call you can't get a live person. Horrible service

Cannot reach the pharmacy via the phone through their ridiculous phone tree. I need to ask a question and can't get a real person on the line. Absolutely terrible
