Get printer paper take care of people who need documents printed, dont act like I and all the customers are idiots for having a document printed at your store i needed it done in a pinch and you guys were a let down

Had pain in my tooth. All I did is ask this guy if he worked here and he was such a jerk like I was stupid for asking. I recommend another store. Wow, can't even ask a employee a question. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this store.

0 stars do not recommend. The retail staff is fin but every pharmacy staff person is rude, disrespectful and nasty. I HATE having to go here and am always treated rudely. To the point where i will drive 14 minutes out of the eway when sick to not have to go here. Today was the last straw. my daughter had the flu. You cannot check the RX status by phone without the RX number or all other info. So i have to go in. A lady is moved in front of me in line because "she's been here before/" I'll remember that preferential treatment next time. Don't let my daughters wheezing and coughing bother you. MOST AWFUL PLACE EVER!!

I get my medications from this pharmacy, which although it sounds like just an errand to most, I always look forward to coming here as the staff is amazing. The pharmacists and the technicians are so kind, helpful, and hardworking. I always walk out of the pharmacy in a good mood since it’s genuinely such a positive environment. :)

It’s Always a long wait (too long) both at the register and pharmacy. The staff is usually friendly but it’s not worth persistent wait. I spend less time in line at grocery stores.

They deserve No stars. I received a text letting me know that they will try to contact my doctor for refill. The prescriptions are correct, however the Dr isn't. I attempted to call to speak with the pharmacy. The person that answered needs to go to like a PHONE PRO class. She was so rude. First of all, they close for lunch and dinner. The hours for the CVS are not listed correctly on the website. Nothing indicates they close for anything. She said, " you will need to call back on Monday. We are getting ready to close". Didn't say for dinner, or for the evening. She slams the telephone down. I worked in customer service for almost 40 years. If I would have acted like that, I would have been fired. Never even gave her name. Maybe let her count pills or something. Not answer the telephone. If this store is having issues, close it down. There are others around here. looks like others gave the same score. We had to go to Jacksonville FL one day to p/u meds. This location never received it. Need to get it together CVS.

I most apologize for an earlier review that I posted. I would like to extend my gratitude towards the entire staff at CVS from the front of the store to the pharmacy. The ladies and gentlemen in the front work very hard to help people looking for a good deal.

The front end cashier William is the greatest in the LPGA store. He is one of the reason I shop at this store and it’s convenient. I never had a bad experience in this store. I’m very surprised at the reviews. I guess CVS need to take a look at the employees and their customer service skills

I just want to say that I've been in this store a number of times since moving to the area last August, and EVERY time I'm in there the cashiers and other staff members have been super friendly and helpful!!! I wish I knew the names of the people I've dealt with so I could acknowledge them directly, but I honestly have not had a bad experience at this CVS!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used… they have two profiles for me and try to tell me meds aren’t ready even though I got a phone call saying to pick them up. I have to go in the store and get them to go through the computer. Then they run the script with no insurance!! Didn’t even warn me about that! They also act like I’M the one inconveniencing them?!

Only come here for the location convenience, the customer service here is very hostile and aggressive, always a struggle to get my meds, being told I'm wrong when I have messages in my cvs account that meds are ready for pickup, anytime I come to pick up meds I always leave feeling bitter and upset by the way the pharmacy staff treats me and fellow customers, I've been a customer service employee for many years, and can understand the struggle of customers at times, but that is absolutely no excuse to treat customers like dirt, especially ones who try to understand you and be courteous and patient, I get bad days, but everyday I come here it's just bad experiences left and right.... I don't recommend this pharmacy at all, the front store staff are kind as always and are always willing to help!

I called to check my prescription status and the lady who answered was extremely rude. Proceeded to answer the phone saying "what" then hangs up on me. I will most definitely be changing my pharmacy after this.

Terrific! CVS cashier saved store over $1600 worth of merchandise being shoplifted, as well as contacting police, the arrest of the thieves and checked me out politely, calmly and without skipping a beat. He deserves a raise and for sure he’s a keeper and deserves at minimum a bonus and recognition from his local manager and Corporate! Thank you Mary Negro

William was so awesome, helpful, and funny. I love how the shells are labeled so that the customer can know what is covered by the insurance and what is it. The store is nice clean organized and the staff was extremely helpful.
