Fraud company, taking Groupon dollars when they're closed and not providing services!

They are permanently closed. Do not buy Groupon and do report them permanently closed on Facebook and Yelp. They appear to have gotten good reviews when they were open, but based reviews after July 2018, they are not in business, but still selling Groupons. 4 stars just to get this read and warn potential purchasers. I did report them to Yelp and Facebook.

Buyer beware, they're closed and still taking in Groupon dollars for services they have no intention of providing

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. Total scam. Lost my money while trying to do something nice on vacation. Apparently they're just out of business and collecting the money.

They won't answer their phone or Facebook messenger to schedule a massage! The site included on this page also doesn't work. It says it's *deactivated*

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the people who did my massage and facial were good. The receptionist, however, was absolutely horrible. We were in the area for a bachelorette party and had purchased groupons and booked our services about a month in advance. There were 3 of us, me another bridesmaid and the bride. We bought a Groupon for massages and another for facials. We booked the reservation and they let us know that we weren't actually supposed to buy multiple groupons for each person but would accommodate us, thankfully. We booked all 3 of the massages as a couples massage so that we would get done quicker for our dinner reservations in Orlando. When we arrived the receptionist told us that we weren't going to be able to do the couples massage because someone had called out. No one had called us to let us know that things were being pushed back and we wouldn't get out on time for our dinner reservations, though we later witnessed her calling other appointments to let them know. She said well we weren't supposed to be using multiple groupons anyway. I had a groupon that had a facial and massage together on one groupon and I said so. Her reply was that she only do so many groupons. She had an attitude and was unapologetic. If you can only do so many groupons why not put a limit on how many can be sold on Groupon? She also said we would only get out on time if the 12:00 appointment didn't show and if they did show then pretty much oh well there wasn't anything she could do. She also complained the ENTIRE time because we had the multiple groupons even going so far as to say "Oh wow I can't believe groupon let you do that. I'm going to sue them because now I have to pay for your services." We asked her if she was the owner and she said yes. It's appalling that this rude woman was a business owner. If you agree to do something for a customer then don't throw it in their face afterwards. The actual services were good but in the facial room you can hear everything going on in the reception area. I could hear the full conversations. We ended up getting a couples massage with only 2 of us and as we got our massages done someone's phone vibrated loudly from a phone call but it wasn't mine or the other bridesmaid's. We figure one of them had their phone with them which was unprofessional. It was also very inefficient to have to get undressed for our facials, dressed to go wait for 40 minutes to then get undressed again for the massages. It just ruined the experience since I had to wait in the reception area with the rude owner. The groupon is not worth the aggravation. None of this was relaxing. Go literally anywhere else.

My friends and I each bought groupons to get massages and facials. When I called she said we weren't supposed to be able to buy multiple groupons but that she would let us use them anyway, which was appreciated. I booked our appointment about a month in advance to make sure we could use them while we were visiting Daytona. When we arrived to our appointment we were informed by the receptionist someone had called out and she wouldn't be able to get our massages done in time. I told her we have reservations for after and that she should have called us that morning and informed us that things were getting pushed back. She then proceeded to rudely remind us that she was already doing enough for us by letting us use our groupons. She had an attitude and was in no way apologetic. Finally as we were leaving she asked to see our groupons. She questioned whether or not groupon "really let us buy multiples" even though she clearly saw it did on our phones. She then stated she was going to "sue groupon" because now she was going to have to lose money for our services. In shock from the total lack of professionalism, I asked if she was the owner. She said yes and that she can only give out so many groupons. If she didn't want to give out a lot of groupons she should have set a limit on the number Groupon is allowed to sell. I couldn't believe this rude receptionist actually runs this business. The only saving grace of this place was that the staff who actually performed services were very nice and did a good job. During our massage my friend and I heard a phone buzzing, only to later find out that neither of our phones had rang. Most likely one of the staff had their phone on them in the room which is not very professional either.

I had found this establishment on Groupon while looking for a massage place to come to for my mother's birthday while visiting Daytona Beach. I called here before buying the Groupon and I'm glad I did since the owner was able to suggest a spa party instead of just massages for us four ladies. It included 10 mins of each of the following services: chair massage, foot massage, facial, reiki and tarot reading. Not only did the four of us each get these services, light snacks, wine and a small cake for my mother were included as well. The ladies were all friendly. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I was told it would be two hours total and the massage and facial were to be 20 mins each but we were done in an hour and a half for all services including time spent waiting between services. Also there was not a private area just for the four of us while we waited for the services, we were just sitting in the reception area. Beyond those two things I thought they were very friendly and they offer an array of services.

We are on vacation in Daytona and I've been here twice so far. Once was for a facial with Amira, who was amazing. The facial was fantastic and Amira also Gabe a wonderful leg and arm massage along with it. My next visit was for a couples massage with my husband, by Nina and Alicia. It was very relaxing and thorough. We both felt our masseuses did an excellent job and focused perfectly on the areas we identified. We highly recommend Daytona Wellness for facials and massages!

Almost impossible to book a service at this spa. They never call you back, you have to keep calling and calling. The spa night was great once i got it booked, but dont think i will try again. Very disappointed.

Wonderful spa! My boyfriend and I came from Orlando to a mini vacation to Daytona and decided to just out one of their monthly social nights which was amazing and the people are so friendly! We decided to go back and did not have the best experience. However, the owner reached out to us and offered a free couples massage and was able to pull some strings and get us in before we left town! I have worked in the spa business for two years and I will say that was one of the best
