Daytona International Speedway is the home of "The Great American Race," the DAYTONA 500. The venue hosts major events like NASCAR, MotoAmerica, and ASRA motorcycle races, as well as Biketoberfest, which usually features many vendors and bikers. Visitors can take a VIP tour on an air-conditioned bus to see the archives, track, start/finish line, and victory lane. The large glass structure at the center of the stands offers perfect photo opportunities. There is also a NASCAR museum with exhibits of old race cars, suits, and equipment, plus a short movie, taking about 1 to 1.5 hours to see. Parking is free and accessible. While the merchandise can seem overpriced, the experience is considered very worth it for race fans. The venue itself is described as beautiful from the outside.
An experience every race fan put on their bucket list. Beautiful facility, good food options.
