Brandon in the show department was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband left with the shoes he wanted. He was very patient and listened well. He was friendly and smiling the whole time. I dislike shopping but he made the trip much easier.

Please hire knowledgeable people. Went in looking to re grip my clubs. Asked the person in the golf department what are recommended grips for sweaty hands. He replies with an attitude and only says Idk it’s preference. I didn’t ask for the best grips overall, legitimately asked for grips for sweaty hands. If he didn’t know fine, just tell me.

I have to say that for the past 4 days I have been waiting for DSG in Daytona to get the Periwinkle Stanley. Today it showed on the app they had it. I went inside on lunch looking and could not find it. I came across Dave and asked if he knew where it was and he called the back and they had just gotten them off the truck. Randy brought one upfront for me. They made my day! As this is my first stanley. Thank you guys 💜

They have everything . From kayaks, fishing gear , and a huge selection of tennis shoes and a lot of Jacksonville clothing. Great store , but definitely a little pricy

How a store specializing in sports manages to not have anything for air hockey, I don’t know. They’d be the only store in the area to have it. Otherwise, decent store.

Always pleasant employees at DICKS. Always have what i need in stock & the employees are always WILLING to assist AND WILL actually joke with the customer. I go out of my way to go here instead of going to Academy Sports.

I went the to do an order pickup and decided to go in and look for soccer shoes. I had my 4 young children with me and they brought in their Disney balloon they had just gotten from Disney. We left in a hurry bc they were getting crazy. 4 days later I realized we had left the balloon and sure enough, they had kept it safe for us!!! I had already liked them because of I was treated while shopping but the balloon in I sent took them from great to outstanding!!! Thank you for not tossing our expensive balloon. My kids are beyond thrilled we got it back !

I booked a club fitting here and was sorry I did. First, the employee didn't even know I had an appointment even though I booked online and had a confirmation. I had to complain to a manager to finally do the fitting. Second, it's not a club fitting at all. It's a scam . You cannot advertise and charge 30 bucks when you don't even have alternative shafts to try out. They only offer the stock shaft in different flexes. This so called fitting was worth 10 cents, I didn't even finish it. If you have time and money you want to waste then by all means go to Dicks and pay full retail for any thing you buy while there.
