Discount Tire consistently delivers exceptional service! On my most recent visit, they went above and beyond by fixing my leaky tire for free, which was incredible. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help, no matter the issue. I’ve been here multiple times, and every experience has been positive. Whether it’s new tires, mount and balances, or quick fixes, they make the process seamless and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend

ON MY WAY TO WORK A LOW TIRE WARNING APPEARED. I BOUGHT MY TIRES AT DISCOUNT TIRES AND I WAS JUST COMING UP TO IT SO ITURNED IN TO THE BUSINESS TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. IT WAS 8 OCLOCK AM. THE DOORS WERE JUST OPENING. I WAS GREETED IMMEDIANTLY AND ASKED WHAT I NEEDED. TOLD THEM I HAD A LOW TIRE. THEY TOOK IT IN TO THE GARAGE RIGHT AWAY, FOUND A PIECE OF METAL IN THE TIRE, FIXED IT. AT 8:20 I WAS OUT AND ON MY WAY TO MYJOB! THE BOYS WERE VERY CURTIOUS AND WORKED TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY WAY!! THAT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!! THANKS AGAIN!

This Discount Tire location has been my go-to tire store for many years now. Monte and his team are highly knowledgeable and are always looking to help their customers to the fullest extent. Monte took the time to explain my options, particularly towards the brands I was interested in. Don’t go anywhere else but here.

Another tire bit the dust off the RV & Discount Tire came through AGAIN! In the last 3 months they have replaced ALL 4 tires on our F-350, GS350 & 4 of our RV Tires. We appreciate how quickly we were able to get service at this location today. Cam was very helpful & a great asset to this location.

I stopped by because of a tire repair. They checked me in fast and inspected all my tires. I choose to balance and rotate the tires. They quickly got to work on my vehicle. They sent me a text to keep up with my vehicle's progress. The mechanic gave me an update and made sure all the tires were properly inflated. They even made sure my emergency spare tire was properly inflated. Everyone was professional and quick. The work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place for tires.

I absolutely love this place! The employees are friendly, quick and knowledgeable! I love that even when they’re extremely busy and working their butts off, they still take the time to speak with every customer, figuring out what products fit your needs/budget, and if it’s not in stock they get it asap! The prices are very reasonable/affordable! My favorite thing about them is the insurance that is included with the tire packages, covering damages and flats! Last time I needed a tire replaced it was less than $15 for a new tire!! In 7 years I’ve never been let down or disappointed with their service or products!! If you need new tires, you won’t be disappointed with discount tire!!

Took my husbands truck to replace his front tires. Customer service was great in the beginning with Codey. I was there for 2 hours until I asked Sam how much longer it was going to take (I’m a patient person by default). He tells me it has been ready this whole time. It wasn’t until I asked he brought me the keys. He didn’t tell me how long it’s been ready so I probably waited an extra hour for no reason. There was no explanation or anything when he could tell I was frustrated. That was the first and last time I deal with anything car related again or next time I’ll just ask every 30 minutes is it ready. Like come on guys.

Had a bad blowout on i-95 northbound, at night. Luckily nobody was hurt. Got the spare on my car and hit Discount Tire first thing in the morning before they were open. A nice young man came out before they were open to talk to me. Twenty four minutes later I was on my way with a brand new tire on my car. What absolutely wonderful service and friendly professional team members! Discount Tire is the only place I will go from now on!
