We made a reservation and when we arrived we were told that they did not open until 4:00 pm - when we showed the the reservation @11:30 confirmed she dismissed us very rudely- not my problem- don't care about your reservation- inform your management about you website confirming reservations

Their buffet contained a wide variety of foods each one better than the last. Their Lo-Country Boil was outstanding chock full of shrimp, corn, potato etc. they had a Prime Rib carving station and unlike most, they had medium well available not just bloody medium. The servers were on point with drinks and clearing dishes. They had a large selection of fish both baked and broiled as well as chicken and a full salad/fruit bar. Desserts included chocolate cakes, key lime pie, cookies and fresh whip cream. I would definitely recommend their dinner buffet.

Great place to start your day .If you love the ocean, there's a great view and you get to see the sun rise .Great breakfast and amazing service & staff.

Bring back ALL YOU CAN EAT crab legs. People don't mind the price. It what your customers want. We go several times a month but not anymore.

Ok so I have never left a bad review. But having said that if you are thinking about going here during your visit to Florida and are staying at the Hilton or nearby, don't do it ! So many great food options but we were so sad we wasted our appetite , our time, and our money. The only thing worth eating was the salad and the prime rib which the cut in super thin slices, more like a roast. The prime rib was cooked well and had good flavor but it was cold. Everything we even attempted to try was dried out, cold and clumpy!! So so disappointing!! Just don't do it!! Hope this helps, our time away and the enjoyment to even get to go and dine out is way to precious to spend at a place like this.

The food was decent I had breakfast and the Friday night buffet. Their prime rib was mediocre but edible. The shrimp boil was very good their fried catfish was soggy and Luke warm. The highlight of breakfast was their omelets.

The reservation was for lunch at Doc Bales but they don't serve lunch so we ate at Don Rico's across the hall. Our server, Antonio, was awesome. Shrimp tacos were amazing and beer was ice cold. Would recommend for sure

We went to Doc to try the buffet. I guess I was expecting more from a Hilton venue. The not food was dried out for being on the the chafing dishes too long. The shrimp boil was bland. The salad and dessert bars were good, meeting expectations ... but the prime rib and horseradish sauce were a redeemer. Both needed two rounds from all of us in the party. As for the bar, the martinis would be better off served in a smaller glass - because several rounds of my husbands straight up martinis were practically half poured.

It's inside of the Hilton hotel. They will park your car with the valet for free if you are eating here! Great food at the buffet too!

It brakes my heart to leave this review as this has been mine and my daughters favorite places to eat breakfast and dinner for 6 years, we visit Daytona atleast 2 times ever year and have always love it an recommend it to many friends an family but this time it was very disappointed! Last year breakfast was bad but i thought maybe it was just an off day but no sadly this time dinner was just not anything like what usually is we both was very disappointed. The food was not good at besides dessert but I dont pay $100 to eat just dessert. I doubt we will be returning which really saddens me because we have always loved it but last 2 years it just gets worse an worse :(.

I find it absolutely incredible that reviews on here say over and over again that people were disappointed that there were no crab legs and other foods, then the response says over and over again that they strive for fixing any problems, yet the reviews continually say the same problems. Hey guys guess what, just get crab legs. How brilliant.

We only ate here for the morning buffet so it doesn't seem fair to give it a rating. But, the food was as you would expect for a hotel breakfast buffet. They did have an omelet bar where you could order fresh omlettes and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive
