There's always room for improvement, but I was so impressed with the courtesy of the employees in the store. This store is usually pretty busy andI understand that we can't always be s nice. I just wanted to show my appreciation for the nice Ness of your employees. And also appreciate your produce section. Amybe some da soon you will have an eco ATM machine in there. Thanks for the time.

The Cashier was unaware of the company policy (Dollar General), how can you work somewhere and not know the store’s policy?! Ridiculous!!! The light skin lady with her face covered in freckles stated that the store does not take at-home printed coupons. That so stupid because the coupon policy clearly states that the company does. LEARN YOUR COMPANY’s POLICY, not only how to use the register. These are coupons that are sent to our email by the manufacture once you sign up with them, so how can you not take the coupon once we print them.
They make up their own rules as if the store belongs to them!!! Outrageous

I know it’s dollar general but honestly most of them are great however this one the employees or should I say manager is always rude. Interrupts and won’t listen and they don’t even honor the advertised prices or listed prices they have up for items that actually wasn’t even a sale price and when given a solution on how to fix it they don’t care. She will interrupt and tell you that she doesn’t care if that’s the price she doesn’t care and won’t correct their mistake. I Won’t be coming back here and hey I won’t have to deal with their faulty machines and pan handlers outside that are always at this one.

Never had such a bad service from a frustrated looking toothless woman who called herself to be the manager! She should work somewhere in the basement with no contact with people. She is not friendly at all. Her behaviour is pathetic!

The perfect place to go if you have all day to wait in line. Or if you don't really want anything specific. Cause you can't get through the isles past the cats full of stock needing to be shelved.. And half of the shelves are completely empty at all times. There's almost never more than one register open. If there is more than one employee visible. They won't open a register. They just stand there looking at everyone waiting. Even if there's fifteen people waiting to cash out. Not worth the $2 ice cream I wanted tonight. Better off going to the dollar general on 6th Street.. They may be short staffed too. But.. They will at least be friendly and try to provide customer service in some way.
