“The reason I rate this store a 4 is because of the worker Colleen that works cash register. She has a good spirit and she does her job with no complications. Long line of people waiting to be helped but she was the only one there getting the customers out of there. She was told by the other management to make the customers wait in one line to be helped which is crazy. I’m definitely not tryin to get her in any trouble but that’s a crazy corporate rule and I do believe her. Because it was alot of people in her line and no other coworker came to open up another register to get the customers out of there. Thank you Colleen once again for your hard work and great attitude.”
“One of the oldest stores. Not the best location. Between US1 & Nova Rd on Mason Ave. However the employees & the inventory are as good as the newest stores. And You are in & out very quickly! ??”
“I placed an instacart order for four items. Out of those four items one item was refunded. To my items which were two insulated children's tumblers was scanner paid for at the Dollar tree and my instacart driver switch them out for two plastic kid bottles. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager. After arriving at the store I showed the manager my receipt and also showed her where I reached out to the instacart shopper about my item in which the shopper never responded. The store manager allowed me to switch out the two plastic mugs for the insulated tumblers that I was charged for without any issues. Dollar tree, I just want to say thank you and thank you to the store manager that help me out today.”
“Actually the first time I used the self checkout at the family dollar. Went smooth and quick. Not that I mind dealing with cashier's....it just allowed me to get through the line quicker.”
“These stores tend to be a bit messy, this one is no different. No major concern. But also, if you go in dressed in messy work clothes, covered in paint or dust, they may treat you like a thief. I don't appreciate that, as I tend to do my shopping on the way home from work.”

“This store is by far the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have been in probably forever. The manager has all of the lanes cleared. Everything is organized. There is nothing in the aisles that are too crowded nothing at all. I am super impressed to say the least. I hope Corporate knows. Good job to the manager Gabriel this is a hard location to keep clean, lots of tourist and transient.”

“A big shout out to TT and Daphne at this store!!! I went in doing an instacart and had some minor problems happen while there. My phone died, I couldn't find like 5 items on my list, my kids were buuuggin (lol).
But the kindness these 2 ladies showed me honestly held me together.

“Ran in to get cigarettes on our way out of town. This was probably the cleanest Dollar Store I've ever been in. There was not stock piled on carts in the aisles, like most of them. I didn't get the name of the lady who was working but she was an absolute blast. Loved her energy! We had a conversation about the younger generation giving change back. I know she'll remember! :) Sorry I didn't get your name.”
“I left my handbag in my cart outside of the store. I prayed my 980.00 would still be in it. It was!!! Praise the Lord. Donna and another cashier put it right in the safe until I got there. I tried to give them money, which I believed they 100% deserved and they would not accept it. Good people right there. Thank you.”

Plus, the staff there are seriously nice—just really polite and helpful, which you don't always expect at a discount store. Definitely a solid spot to hit up!”
