“The reason I rate this store a 4 is because of the worker Colleen that works cash register. She has a good spirit and she does her job with no complications. Long line of people waiting to be helped but she was the only one there getting the customers out of there. She was told by the other management to make the customers wait in one line to be helped which is crazy. I’m definitely not tryin to get her in any trouble but that’s a crazy corporate rule and I do believe her. Because it was alot of people in her line and no other coworker came to open up another register to get the customers out of there. Thank you Colleen once again for your hard work and great attitude.”
“One of the oldest stores. Not the best location. Between US1 & Nova Rd on Mason Ave. However the employees & the inventory are as good as the newest stores. And You are in & out very quickly! ??”

“This store is by far the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have been in probably forever. The manager has all of the lanes cleared. Everything is organized. There is nothing in the aisles that are too crowded nothing at all. I am super impressed to say the least. I hope Corporate knows. Good job to the manager Gabriel this is a hard location to keep clean, lots of tourist and transient.”
“I was shopping at this location today 10/15/25 around 1:00 p.m. There was a younger gentleman with blondish hair working at the cash register. There was a really obnoxious man and his wife checking out behind me. The man was being SO rude to this employee. The young man handled this situation with grace and this Dollar Tree location should consider themselves lucky to have him as an employee.”
“I feel so comfortable shopping in this store! I like to use my app for coupons and to earn cashback, so, sometimes I take a little time while shopping. I never feel pressured to get off the floor and stop scanning stuff on the bottom shelf (I can't reach the top, lol). They always say hello when you walk in, and always say something nice as you leave. They are always patient with me and my overflowing cart ?”

“I have to say I met one of the best providers of customer service ever! Thanks to Marlene who went above and beyond to help me with an order that had a lot of glassware. She made sure to call in extra help to work with other people checking out, she found boxes to pack my glassware and to make sure they would not break. Finally, she brought out some bags and the glassware box to me at my car even though I planned to go back a second trip to get it all.Management at Dollar Tree be aware you have a great talent asset on your team. Please make note so she may progress in her career as I believe she has management potential.
