Those hours. The website says 8 am for all of the stores. I woke up and traveled to 2 different ones in the area, only to find out they all don't open until 9. Get it together, I wasn't the only one that showed up at 8.

There was an extremely rude associate I encountered tonight named Marleen- after she was extremely rude to my husband and I. I only know her name because she made a point to tell us loudly in front of customers then made a point to spell it out for us. I simply asked her a question regarding the bathroom key and she did not want to be bothered- then got extremely offended when I reminded her that she works in retail and is being paid to do things like provide the bathroom key and customer service. I was never given the bathroom key but I was surely given verbal assault. What a shame :(
This store has a great selection and staff and I shop here often, but that incident made me walk out of the store and go elsewhere to purchase the items I needed and I will probably continue to. I sure hope this behavior is corrected and handled appropriately

I like shopping at the Dollar Tree but check the prices there are some that are $5.00 now.

I have to say I met one of the best providers of customer service ever! Thanks to Marlene who went above and beyond to help me with an order that had a lot of glassware. She made sure to call in extra help to work with other people checking out, she found boxes to pack my glassware and to make sure they would not break. Finally, she brought out some bags and the glassware box to me at my car even though I planned to go back a second trip to get it all.Management at Dollar Tree be aware you have a great talent asset on your team. Please make note so she may progress in her career as I believe she has management potential. To other customers please know this place has great customer service.Finally, Marlene thanks for making my day special. I will always be grateful for your kindness and help!All my best, Diane
