Today I walked in at 10am. The store was a mess. The closing personnel did not recover last night at closing. One new employee on the floor and one cashier with a long line. Unshopable and left empty handed.

This location is extremely difficult to get in and out of depending on which direction you're traveling. Be prepared to make a U-turn on a busy road to get yourself back heading on your way. The inside of the store was not clean at all and the products were all over the place. Boxes of new products were in the shopping aisles making it difficult to move around.

Carol and dawn are horrible employees ! Carol was extremely rude and nasty when I asked for a manager dawn went into the office for a few minute at this time Carol kept talking smack about how she didn’t care about me complaining and she’ll get another job . But if you don’t want to be there don’t show up . She was servicing other customers while trying to argue with me . Dawn aggressively came out of the office telling me she had no number for me to complain to and she proceeded to get in my face flailing her hands around I’ve never been so disappointed in an establishment let alone I was scared and had my 3 year old with me . Carol wasn’t wearing a name tag so she could be lying about her name . She had no right to say I obviously didn’t read did I that was extremely rude and uncalled for I am not a happy customer horrible service

They had buckets on the floor for a leak in the ceiling and the shelves were empty and trashed all over. Boxes and merch blocking most aisles.
