I appreciate the friendly staff, but I spent around $160-180, and unfortunately, my interior only feels about 75-80% clean. It’s a bit disappointing, but they are probably good overall besides interior cleaning

Does not have enough experience to window tint all vehicles need to go back to training and get more knowledge how to tint all vehicles!

Empire Detailing was Very pleasant to work with. They were understanding and gracious with my schedule. I got an interior detailing and a ceramic coating that was done phenomenally—excellent customer service and accommodating.

First of all, this is 100% the best detailing experience I've ever had, and if I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. To preface, my dog pooped in my back seat and for 3 days I have been trying to clean it. There was a spot in the corner that needed to be cleaned but the bench had to be lifted to reach it. I called three other detailers and none of them would lift the bench for me, but he would.Onto the actual detail, it was done in about 20 minutes. However, upon getting there I quite literally forgot my phone and my wallet and I told him beforehand and he said it was totally fine and proceeded to clean my car.The car was cleaned beautifully. The smell that I had been trying to remove for 3 days was completely gone in the 20 minutes it took for him to clean it.And then, to top it all off I drove home to get my wallet to pay him for his work, and when I walked back in he gave me a tshirt and a bag. Absolutely the best customer service and detail ever. Oh, and he cleaned my front seats too when I was only paying for the back to be done. Absolutely amazing!

10/10! Such a thorough job with exterior and interior. Between the sand, dog hair and nose art on the windows, Kenny made it look like new again. Also had several stickers he scraped off of the exterior and interior windows I know weren’t easy to get off. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a deep clean for a fair price.Super sweet dog too!

Amazing!!!! Empire detailing is absolutely wonderful and have never let me down i’m on the monthly maintenance plan and my car always looks amazing! not only do they provide good quality work but they are so nice i have never had an unpleasant experience with this business!!

I couldn't use the business. First they rescheduled my appointment because of house sitting. Then, they canceled my new appointment. Unreliable. Will warn the community.

I booked an appointment online. They called and asked me to reschedule. I obliged. No problem! Receive confirmation text at 6:40am day if service. Great! 8:48 am receive text my appointment is canceled. Appointment is at 9am. Pull over, call (because we are on the way) "We called last night and this morning and got no answer" was the response. SO? There are no voice-mails. No messages. Just my confirmation texts. So, No. This place is a HUGE NO.

Got a quick response on the quote, the owner was able to fit me in the very next day. I was happy with the quote and it was worth every penny. I received a full interior detail and my car looks and smells great! Great customer service! Would highly recommend.
