TERRIBLE i'm soo beyond pissed we drove over 30 min and waited over an hour!! for the clothes to be done. it looks like they haven't even been touched and she said they couldn't accept ANYTHING bc they have high inventory there SO why are they accepting clothes and making ppl wait over an hour if they know they already have a full inventory. I had great brands and clothing in great condition (most never even worn) never going here again.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. They have a special deal for dollars off depending on the total cost. Went to register with 2 pairs of shoes worth about 120. 00 expecting to get 30.00 dollars off.At register was told my items were not part of the offer. Fine print says exclusions apply, but nowhere in store is there signage to say what exclusions are.Left my items behind and may never visit again
