I was trying to get an understanding on how much money or percentage they take for their service, The guy said “I don’t know the computer will tell us.” After the Covid impact I can not afford to be surprised with the large amount of my tax income being deducted. I was very nice and explain to him that this would be my first time going to a tax professional, and I wanted more information on how much they take from the taxes. He was super rude, also said “how do you expect to pay us for or service, obviously you’re not a tax professional.” I was trying to get a better understanding and he said “well goodbye then”.
