I just wanted to highlight the beyond exceptional customer service provided by the beautiful Pauline and her associate. I dont even hold an account with them and they still went out of their way to help me even though they were closing. My overall rating is 5 stars plus. Thankyou ladies, you know who you are?.

Matt Rinaldi is not only an excellent professional but he is a great person who listened and solved a problem that could have damaged my credit due to a confusion or misunderstanding.If I could give it 10 stars, I would surely rate it that way.Great job, eternally grateful.

I have literally been sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes! There is Nobody here! The ATM is being worked on and I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for literally 20 minutes after sending in my withdrawal form for $20. This is absolutely ridiculous!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, the lady at the drive thru was extremely rub and spoke very limited and poor English. Why would you put this person on the drive thru when her communication skills are extremely poor. I will be following up on this to get answers

Staff is not consistent. Wasted an entire lunch break just trying to pay my car off. Was told at first it is okay if a cashier check is a little over. Then told no we cant do that. Had me running between two banks for an hour and a half. Wasted my time. Couldn't pay my car off. Teller staff is slow. Will not use again once my car is paid for.

Shout out to Matt who helped me after a horrible experience with Bank of America. The tellers were also very helpful and friendly.
