Five Below is a clean, organized, and fully stocked store where customers can find everything they are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great customer service and immediately assisting shoppers. Most employees provide excellent help, though one checkout experience involved an unwelcome discussion of religion. A minor issue is that popular items like larger T-shirts sell out quickly if not purchased right away. Overall, it is an enjoyable shopping destination.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful in the store. I enjoyed shopping here. Wish they carried more bigger sizes in the T-shirts though if you don’t get them when they first put them out on the shelf it is very hard to get them.

When I came I was greeted with a smile and Asistent immediately by one of the workers named Jessica, she knew exactly where everything I need it was. She was totally the MVP of my visit. Hope you have a great day.

My son and I are from out of town stopped in to get special South Park plush danglers, this store was fully stocked and very clean!!!! Antoinette greeted us when we walked in and asked us if anything special we were looking for, she also checked us out!! Great customer service!!! Kudos to her!!!
