When I purchased a shirt for my father for Father’s Day, my experience was very pleasant. They thanked me for shopping local small businesses. I purchased the wrong size and tried to exchange it for same product just a different size. I misplaced the receipt and was told they couldn’t do an even exchange without the receipt. It’s very unfortunate that I am now out $45 and no shirt for dad. I will not shop this store again.
