I love this place! I stopped in for the first time ever today to shop, wow I should've taken a Xanax or something. I was so overwhelmed but in a good way by all of the cool merchandise. They have some pretty awesome sale incentives too & the breadth of merchandise was a phenomenal selection. I found everything from horror to anime/manga plus lots of contemporary/mainstream stuff. The sales people are awesome & super friendly. Thank you all so much, I haven't had this much fun shopping in such a long time.

Store manager, Kait was beyond helpful. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Kait. I explained to her that I was looking for some very particular gifts for angel tree children. She jumped to action and knew exactly where these items were located and what her store had to offer. She went above and beyond assisting me with selecting the right holiday gifts. It’s such a pleasure to receive this great customer service as it is hard to come by. Keep it up Kait!

We have been going to FYE for a long time and we have never experienced the amazing customer service that we get there every time from Kait and Becky! These girls really understand what you are looking for and always go out of their way to help you. Even if we don’t need anything, we always stop in to say hi to see how they are doing. Highly recommend FYE especially if Kait and Becky are working. They deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

What happened to FYE is sad. Everything in this store is double the price than Walmart or Target. For Star Wars vintage series figures that just hit stores everywhere, they charge $30 each when they're $15 everywhere else. Legends figures are $40-$60 when other places have them $10-30. It's almost like management goes around to local targets and Walmarts buying up their stock to sell here. It looks like it may become another vacant store in the mall in the near future.

Store manager with Gadges her names kate, constantly looks like she’s on some type of drugs. She was sweating up a storm while’s slurring her words on the phone with a customer. Other employees looked tired of her not to mention how rude she is to customers extremely disappointed in the management at this facility and will not be returning.

Have gone into this store multiple times and the store manager never fails to not be rude to me. Bought a bag of $10 foreign cheetos and went back in right after i bought it because i decided i didn’t want to spend that much money on a bag of cheetos. Some other person came out and then said she was going to ask the store manager if i could return them. The bag was unopened and i had just bought them not even five minutes ago. Store manager said i couldn’t return them because it was food even though it says nothing about that on their return policy. Matter of fact all it says is “ unopened merchandise may be returned” so i’m pretty positive she just lied to me ?
