This was the first time I have been into a GAP in a very long time. It used to be my go to store in the 90ies but things change...Today I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the items I found and the prices. I had picked out 6 things to try on that were gaps in my wardrobe. I was shocked that I actually loved how they all looked on as well as the materials they were made of! That never happens. I will definitely be back to this store.

I enjoyed shopping in Gap! It's really clean and has pretty good prices, especially on Black Friday, where everything is 50 or 60 % off!

For a "factory outlet" there were way too many items at the original price and not enough sale or discounted items as one would expect in an "outlet."

Staff go out of their way to find clothes if a size you're looking for isn't in stock. The store is always clean and nicely organized and the location of the store in the outlets is convenient.
