Terrible service and experience. Needed a battery change in an iPhone so I dropped it off knowing it was an authorized service center. They charged the money and took the phone. After a few days of calling and asking I learned that the repair was failed, they indeed changed the battery, but they also replaced the screen for some reason (which did not pass their own diagnostic test and was indicated on my phone to be not Apple serviced), the face ID stopped working, and the overall release diagnostic test was failed. Then I was told that I have to pick up the phone and take care of that on my own with Apple. Zero help from Geek Squad on their part. Lack of customer service and support. I had to coordinate everything with Apple on my own and have wasted a lot of time doing that trying to explain the situation that they also said was unacceptable. When I went to pick up the phone, the release document did not even indicate the issues with service. The staff did not accept the idea that the phone was broken after the repair and kept telling me that I got a new screen out of it so that’s good for me. The fact that face ID was not working was not really in their interest. They just insisted on me signing the document. In addition, they said they are not responsible for the damage to the device and will not refund the money I paid for service.
I will not use their services ever again and encourage everyone else on doing the same thing, as if any problem arises you will be left on your own.

Arrived around 10:45am no customers were there but they made me schedule an appointment so I had to come back at 2:20pm. They didn't see me until 2:55pm. All I need is a battery and they won't replace it saying that they would have to replace the while phone because the glass the back is shattered. What a waste of my time.

I took my older HP Envy laptop to get for an SSD upgrade, and they were very informative. They called me back next day, for pickup. Computer was working fast but then had an issue with not being able to power on. I went in and explained my issue and frustration due to necessity of having this working asap. Dave manager heard my concern and they tried everything they could but computer was not fixable. Because I have the best Buy Membership Plan they were nice enough to give me a newer HP Envy and transfer all data on to new computer. I am beyond happy and super appreciative of their response and professionalism. I would highly recommend to get thes Best Buy Membership Plan and use the geek squad. I know I will.

Had a new 8k tv installed today. The guys did an awesome. Removed old tv, repaired the sonos sound bar was was originally installed out of plumb. Nice to have someone in today's world that has pride in their work. Installers from best buy on international, Daytona beach

Went there 2 days in a row. The guys there had no clue how to service my drone for a software issue. I do not recommend the geek squad

I made a reservation to add memory to my phone. I was assured Geek Squad had the part and could do the job. I traveled 45 minutes to get to my appointment on time. Then I was told Geek Squad no longer services Samsung phones. A wasted day. Expensive, too. They lied.

Took my computer in to get cleaned and repaired. Told them is was neglected and would like it cleaned and fixed. They took 100 for diagnostic just to call me next day to say its dirty and won't look into it. So took my money and never even diagnosed it. Completely unprofessional.

Total waste of time. My gf has been paying them an annual fee. When she had trouble with replacing a video card in her desk top, they told her that it was filled with roaches and they couldn’t touch it. They then sold her another desk top I’m sure they won’t help her with. I opened up the supposed roach computer when she brought it home and it was pristine inside, hardly any dust, much less infiltrated with roaches. Awful! Not a very ethical thing to do.They def need to roll up their carpet with Best Buy and Bed Bath and Beyond and crawl back into a tar pit with the other dinosaurs. Do not use these guys under any circumstances!

No help whatsoever. Made the trip for nothing. Employee, Vinil was his name, kept insisting that I do everything myself rather than trying to help me. Insisted that I contact Apple and fix the issue myself. Extremely upset that I waited a week for this appointment and made the trip for nothing. Please do much better than this

Very happy they are who they are. My laptop got corrupted after a Windows update. I be was totally locked out. Made an appointment with the Geek Squad, was seen right on time. It took awhile, but they were able to break into it with the help of Bitlocker. I ended up getting a year's warranty. Very satisfied with the communication and the result. Would definitely recommend.
