Took my computer in to get cleaned and repaired. Told them is was neglected and would like it cleaned and fixed. They took 100 for diagnostic just to call me next day to say its dirty and won't look into it. So took my money and never even diagnosed it. Completely unprofessional.

Total waste of time. My gf has been paying them an annual fee. When she had trouble with replacing a video card in her desk top, they told her that it was filled with roaches and they couldn’t touch it. They then sold her another desk top I’m sure they won’t help her with. I opened up the supposed roach computer when she brought it home and it was pristine inside, hardly any dust, much less infiltrated with roaches. Awful! Not a very ethical thing to do.They def need to roll up their carpet with Best Buy and Bed Bath and Beyond and crawl back into a tar pit with the other dinosaurs. Do not use these guys under any circumstances!

No help whatsoever. Made the trip for nothing. Employee, Vinil was his name, kept insisting that I do everything myself rather than trying to help me. Insisted that I contact Apple and fix the issue myself. Extremely upset that I waited a week for this appointment and made the trip for nothing. Please do much better than this

Very happy they are who they are. My laptop got corrupted after a Windows update. I be was totally locked out. Made an appointment with the Geek Squad, was seen right on time. It took awhile, but they were able to break into it with the help of Bitlocker. I ended up getting a year's warranty. Very satisfied with the communication and the result. Would definitely recommend.

Chad and his assistant showed up and were very professional in all aspects. Chad was very knowledgeable in mounting a big screen television, soundbar and all of the connections that went along with it. I believe that Chad went above and beyond on the service they provided to me and I would highly recommend him (ask for his team by name, if you are having electronics installed)!

The employees of The geek squad make this place terrible. There are so many things I could say but just don't waste your time going here ... Unless you like bad attitudes, being blatantly stared at in a creepy manner outside of the store by the male workers and being blocked in the parking lot by the geek cars with absolutely no regard for anyone.

Wanted to sync my phone and new Tablet!! It didn't work because Verizon said my Senior plan didn't allow Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.... Geeks didn't realize.

Well it all started with a simple cell phone warranty exchange. Then after dozens of trips from my home to the store,all detailed and instructed by the customer support and bridge department..........the outcome was spending 3 days in jail on charges of tresspassing for simply following instructions from geek squad to go to the store and pick up my refund on a returned and damaged item. Now I have been instructed to wait for a call from best buy in regards to a resolution and it's been weeks now with no such call from the store. This has put a huge burden on me along with other family members including my pregnant wife. Expecially when the store manager had me arrested .

I wandered into Best Buy looking for some help as I couldn't get into my brother's computer after he died. Jeremiah took the laptop and was able to get me in in just a few minutes. When I asked what it would cost, he responded with "nothing."Jeremiah made a difference to me today and I ordered the Geek Squad tech service because if they took care of me this well without me having their service, I'm certain that I'm going to be satisfied if and when I have other issues.Thanks again!

By business lost internet, phones, and all security. My POS terminal was offline. Basically my business was closed. I called the Geek Squad and was connected to their national customer service. They tried hard but could not make an emergency appointment. They said my local Geek Squad would contact me " hopefully today". They called 4 DAYS LATER. I had already gotten the problem fixed. Thanks Geek Squad...FOR NOTHING!!!

Just put to get money. Was told that I would be able to fix products that weren't bought through them. I spent $200 for the Geek squad and tried to get to items fixed, a laptop and a TV. Nope they have so many underlying things that they don't tell you. Which makes it to benefit them and you put off$200.

I was told due to “Covid,” unless you are getting a large purchase installed such as a radio or a backup camera, smaller installations such as Hard wired Radar detectors and other installations that Best Buy sells on their website are “not a priority “ and will have to wait a month or so. What a joke. Why I thought my experience with Geek Squad and Best Buy would be different is beyond me. Bad business.
