Today was our 4th major purchase. EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL. Aquarius was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their delivery people are also great. Thanks Havertys.

Do not believe what they say. I made it abundantly clear that I needed the bed on a specific date for my father. The saleswoman lied to my face when she said I could pick up the bed I bought on that specific date. I was originally going to have it delivered but she said they couldn't have it delivered by the date I needed the bed. Pickup was offered and I said I could pick up the bed on the date i needed which she said stated would not be a problem. When my brothers went up to pick up the bed they were told it would not be ready for another week.
Unfortunately we paid by check. Which means we'll have to wait at least 6 weeks for a refund. This is unacceptable and inexcusable. This may be a fine furniture facility but their customer service is sorely lacking. They don't care about the customer. They just care about your money. That's my opinion and my experience.
I'd say you could take that to the bank but they still have my money. :(

My husband and I were nicely surprised when we visited Haverty’s. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Aquarius, she introduced herself asked if we needed help and allowed us to walk the store without any pressure. The furniture was nicely displayed and we did find several items. Aquarius offered to have design staff, for no additional cost to display the furniture virtually in our space. Other furniture stores charge a fee for that service. Additionally, they are a reputable furniture store.

I had an excellent experience at Havertys in Daytona Beach! Our salesperson, Eric, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We were unhappy with our old sofa, and Havertys went above and beyond by taking it back and providing a credit toward a brand-new one. We have turned to Haverty for furniture choices since 2002. We recently found the perfect sectional at Haverty store in Daytona Beach and it was available for immediate delivery. The sales staff were patient, helpful and professional. There was NO hard sell; only helpful information and answers to our questions. The administrative staff was equally helpful and professional. We chose to finance our purchase with an interest free program offered by Havertys and Synchrony Bank. The staff was helpful and efficient in securing that financing.

Walked into Havertys with the intention of purchasing two (2) pieces of furniture. We were greeted by Laura Curcio (Sales Consultant) and this is where our story begins. Laura was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. With a no pressure sales approach, we started to explore the amazing options and furniture selections that were offered. Laura ultimately introduced us to Dawn Duffield (Design Consultant) and we were blown away with the selections and options that were presented on their video display screen(s) . Dawn was amazing and her expertise was second to none. We decided to expand our options and within a few hours we were redesigning our entire home. The prices were so reasonable that we added accent pieces , lighting and even bedding . Using the interior dimensions of my home, they custom designed a floor plan that we’ve been looking for at considerably less than we were willing to spend . We pinched ourselves to make sure that these furnishings , artwork and custom designed pieces were so affordable. Prior to leaving they thanked us for choosing Havertys , but we felt guilty , the only thank you’s should’ve
Been from us . We’ve always bought from other large furniture chains , and we’ll be sure to never make that mistake again. Just the designer was worth making this visit.
