If I could choose 0 stars I would. Had an awful experience 3 days ago. This guy was so unbelievably rude. I believe his name is Freddy or something and he had bleach blonde hair and was wearing a neon orange t shirt. Out of all the H&M’s there are, this has to be the worst one. The worker was telling people that you have to pick up clothes off the hangers in the fitting room and hang it up and made false allegations that my family and I left clothes on the floor (we most definitely did not). When we left the changing rooms, he yelled at us and told us to hang it up on the rack, when isn’t that his job? All he did was stand there and tell you to put it on the rack. Wasn’t the only person he told but his attitude was so demeaning and sarcastic. This was fine until it didn’t stop there.Then the weirdest part was he closed the women’s changing room to bring men in there. When we were at check out, he was blatantly complaining about us. Telling us the store is closing while we are checking out. Speaking in a very intimidating way. There were people behind us in line too. Just go to the H&M at the Prime Outlets. Hopefully this guy won’t be there.
