I could not believe that they wanted 400+ dollars to repair a visor. They did not get my business. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The place was clean.

My son has been waiting for over a month to purchase a Trax, with most dealerships saying they are "in transit." Jon Hall had a couple, so my son drove across the state to make his first car purchase. Thank God that he called us before getting screwed over by Jon Hall's shady deal of adding on $4000 in mysterious fees. Garbage and ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.

I took my car in today for a routine oil change & tire rotation. After a 2hr wait for an oil change & car wash, the service attendant dropped my vehicle off. I noticed plastic and paper trash on the dashboard of my car that he grabbed before getting out. As I got into my car I immediately noticed a crack on the upper dashboard panel that had not been there before. I immediately notified Pamela, my service writer, who then notified Dawn East the service manager. They told me to wait while they reviewed security footage. After several minutes Pamela returned and advised me that they could not view the angle on their surveillance system, but they would cover 50% of new dash panel. I wrote an email to Dawn East telling her that offer was unacceptable and & I shouldn't be liable to pay for anything since I didn't cause the damage. A reputable company like Jon Hall should right their wrong. I advised her the vehicle should come back to me the same way that I brought it in. Dawn East sent another reply email restating that they'd only cover 50% of new dash panel. Bottom line, I didn't have a cracked dash panel when I brought my vehicle in for service & now I do! Please inspect and take pictures of your vehice before having it serviced here. I found a new panel on Amazon for $100. This is a matter of principle now.My last 2 vehicles were Chevorlets and I planned to upgrade within the next year. I won't be purchasing from Jon Hall because of this experience.

Bought a truck and was told to bring it back the next day for detailing. I checked Jon Hall website to find hours of operation and there was the truck I had bought listed for $500 less than they priced to me. Went back the next morning and spoke with sales manager. He said nothing I could do and lied and lied trying to cover up, talking like I was a child. Will NEVER trade with Jon Hall again. Please be very careful if you go there....

Would never recommend this place. I have owned my truck for a week and a half now and nothing but issues and the dealer refuses to do anything about stating I bought a pre owned vehicle. Have had to come out of pocket for around a grand for repairs. Battery. Suspension and more. On top of this Henry the manager is a racist pile of garbage. His comments and attitude is unreal. I have tried to speak to the gm multiple times and get no call back. For such a established place it's amazing they have lasted this long

Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive their over priced 2022 Bolt EUV today because I informed him that it was overpriced and the same year, model and trim with 1000 more miles on it is listed for 6k less in Gainesville Florida.Matt explained something about how valuable his sales associates time is and that while the sales associate is with me for the test drive he could miss other sales. As a manager myself, I would have found a way to make it happen. Have a manager or receptionist, heck, pull the janitorial staff to make it happen for a potential customer to give a test drive.Instead all I received was a refusal to let me test drive. This is horrible customer service. During the test drive, I might have changed my mind and purchased the car from this lot, I could have advised others what great customer service there is at this business. Unfortunately now I will be letting everyone know to avoid this dealership.

Service techs are quick to dismiss issues that require a deeper dive. Advisors are great and very patient, but the techs seriously need to listen to the customers and try to find the issues with more than 5 minutes of effort. I drive my children around in a 2021 truck that has a suspected suspension issue that they spend 5 minutes looking for...I feel very unsafe relying on the techs since this is not the first time I've brought it in for the same issue and certainly won't be the last. I was clear on the conditions that make the noise and they don't bother actually doing it to reproduce it. This was proven when the tech showed me where he drove the truck and I was able to drive him around instead, with the exact instructions that were provided, and he was able to clearly hear what I was talking about. But, after 5 minutes of poking around he sent me home again with the statement that they are going to need absolutely everything out of the truck and will need it for a few days to try to find the issue....but I will have no vehicle in the meantime. You have to be kidding me.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

It's no surprise these guys don't even have a two out of five stars. If I put all the ex-boyfriend's in the world together of everyone, they would not be as bad as this place. They hounded me and incessantly called to no end trying to get me to either sell my car back to them or buy a new car or both. Terrible service on the brand new Chevy volt that I bought there and then I filled out one of the complaint cards, actually I filled one out every time I was there and of course nobody called me back to talk about my complaints. Literally I thought about getting a restraining order against this monster who just kept calling and calling from the office and it appeared to come from different numbers and he wanted me to trade the car in for a new car and I hadn't even had it a year. I would stay far away from here and they did a horrible job on the service on my car as well and the upgrades. If you want good service for your car don't go here. Please go anywhere else. John Hall Chevrolet is the worst ever. My family goes back for generations and we call at the hell hole.

I wish I could give them a zero! I'm partially to blame because I went in a second time hoping to have a different experience. Their cars are marked way over MSRP. I could have bought the same car in Buffalo at MSRP and $5000 less. They used time share type sales tactics. One soft guy starts out then they bring in a closer. I told them I was not going to let them run my credit report till they showed me a breakdown of what they were giving me for my trade in, the price of the new car and the taxes and fees. They literally just ignored me. I left the building, and the soft guy literally runs across 6 lanes of busy Daytona traffic to coral me back in there saying now they can make the deal. I said ok but I'm not letting you run my credit until you show me the breakdown. Doesn't he come out with the credit app and no information as requested. I started to give him the information then got up. I realized I had no peace with them or the deal, especially since they so blatantly ignored my reasonable request. I just feel bad for Ann a older lady who lost her car in the hurricane that was being worked over by another sales rep. She was trying to talk to me and the sales rep interrupted her and shooed her back to his desk.
