Visiting from out of town and had a great experience at this Kate Spade store. The store was clean and organized and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kayla who went above and beyond!

I went into Kate Spade in Daytona today and had every intention to buy something for an upcoming trip. I saw something I was interested in which was in a plastic container on the front entrance table. I was told that this was next months styles and colors and the store contacts their customers first. What! I am a customer I own several Kate Spade bags! Then I was shown other colors in the same purse, which I was not interested in. I was told again that the color and style that was in the plastic container on the sales floor was being processed. So why do you have merchandise on the floor that is not processed and that you’re not going to sell, and only offer to “your customers” first. I guess I wasn’t considered a customer since I wasn’t carrying one of my many Kate Spade bags. I will buy what I want in Pennsylvania at the outlet up there.

My sister and I visited this location last week and had a great experience. They also shipped our items purchased in store back to New York for us. Jamie and the woman in the front were amazing. Thank you for all your help. Will def be our go to store next time visiting Daytona ?

Taylor cashed me out and was very rude. Questioned who I was buying purses for as they could only be a gift and not for myself. I selected purses that had signs that said 60% off, plus an additional 20%, but she said they were too new.Your employees shouldn't judge customers based on what they are wearing or what they are buying.

Awesome customer service! Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Educated on sale and was assisted finding a bag for my needs. Bag was wrapped nicely.

Love Love Love Kate Spade. We LOVE Tanger Outlets but tonight I would say I had a sort of odd experience. The store closes at 9pm. I called at 8:30pm. The girl who answered the phone did not seem happy to be speaking with me. All I called for was to ask a question and that was, did they have a specific bag in stock. She said "can you give me more of a description.... I'm sorry we're in the middle of closing"... so I said never mind, I'll order it online and I hung up. Here's where my problem lies... First, I understand you're in the middle of closing, however, you are still assisting customers for another half hour before the store closes, correct? Secondly, I called to ask if you had a specific bag in stock. It was a simple yes or no question that could have taken no more than 30 seconds to answer, and lastly... don't you work at Kate Spade so you should know what bag I'm talking about without me giving you a description, right? The vibe and customer service was completely off tonight. I'm going to order online or go to St. Augustine instead.

I LOVE this place. Staff is always so welcoming and kind. I always find something to walk out of there with. Be sure to ask for a price sheet. It helps a ton!

Absolutely terrible management. What an embarrassment to this brand. It’s shocking how far Kate Spade has fallen!! Buy online or through a different store if you need your fix; this one doesn’t deserve your money.
