Sign says closes at 2:30pm. Online says 2:30pm. Got there at 2:25pm. Door is locked. Yeah, I get it. 2:30 is just a suggestion for the workers but they can make their own hours. Can't be bothered by pesky patients.

I went for a 3 hours glucose test. I had the most awful experience. The front desk/coordinator that was training a new employee was so rude and careless. I ran outside to throw up 🤢 and I was 8 months pregnant. She saw me outside vomiting and she did not offer help. She never stand up and offer help. All she cared was to tell me to wait until she called my OB office so they can still get paid even though I didn’t finish the test.
Most awful experience - dirty bathrooms- disgusting waiting room- and very rude staff.

It has been good until the last time.. used to get in and out fast without an appointment, last time appointment only.. so I just made an appointment.. we will see.. they have always been awesome in the past

I arrive to do blood work, I am disabled (someone has to bring me) I was told to come back at 1pm!!!!!! My brother asked do we need to make an appointment, was told no, come back at 1pm! I am a diabetic and I need to be fasting, this is completely unacceptable and the girl at the desk wasn't nice!!!! This review is done by Elvo, my brother, he doesn't have the ability to do it himself.

My pregnant daughter went to Daytona to do her 3 hour glucose test at 945am. Was told she had to go to the Port Orange facility because DB closes for lunch from 12-1230pm. Her 3 hours would have been up at 1 pm if she was seen by 10am……. She drove to the Port Orange facility only to be denied again because they close at 2pm and said her test wouldn’t get done until after that. She was told this at 10:16am. PLEASE EDUCATE ME ON HOW THIS MAKES SENSE. Now y’all have her emotional, frustrated and crying……. And mama bear over here, I’m ready to tear through y’all for putting her through this BS. Maybe had y’all explained to her WHY she couldn’t start her 3 hour glucose test at 10am we could have been more understanding………but instead she denied and told to go to another facility, who also denied her……... AND if it is something that can’t be done no later than maybe 9am…… MAYBE it would be a good idea to educate your workers, and the offices who request such tests so they can inform the patients of time restrictions. I get how some people can be a little absent minded, but there are still people out here who know how to follow directions and heed warnings and have some common sense, it’s not 100% lost.

I just got my blood work done at this location. Admittedly, I was a little nervous because I have always been afraid of needles. I have been told that I have tiny veins and I often have to be poked more than once in both arms. This was the best experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. Raquel was amazing.
When she was finished, I was in disbelief. The entire process, including check-in took less than five minutes. I was able to come in on my lunch break.
Fantastic experience.

MAURA IS A DIGRACE VER SHORT TEMPERED, IMPATIENT , AND RUDE. THIS is VERY UNNECESSARY IN THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT. Mostly ill and elderly people who are already goin through enuff. A little kindness a little sincerety go's a long way. I see they are definitely understaffed and that would be OK if it was a pleasant environment, but I have seen her fustrate several people since I have been here including myself AND THAT IS NOT OK! She obviously hates her job n it shows but itW nOt OK to protray Your FRUSTRATION on to otherS I understand u can't help everyone but tO have taken 1 sec to confirm the email or to even say u received it would have been nice u com across aggressively sarcastic pushy and AS IF U HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THEN YOUR JOB ! I WILL DRIVE TO ORMOND BEFORE I EVER COME BACK HERE THANKS TO MAURA

2 visits. both times the front desk person was rude to everyone but everyone else was professional and did a great job.

I’ve made my blood work there. It’s not bad. The nurse was perfectly find my vein and it was done flawlessly. I would repeat it there if I need to.

Every time I've had my blood tested here, has been a very good experience. The testers always made sure it was me they were testing. The front desk was attentive.
