I recently had the pleasure of living in a fantastic apartment and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access interstates, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself boasts spacious rooms filled with natural light, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My time here has been nothing short of excellent. This apartment complex truly stands out, and it makes me feel like home.

The property is doing its best to keep up with maintenance. But, it's hard when so many who live here are here short term since they are in classes. So security gates are mostly non-functioning, I'm picking up beer cans and it can get noisy. The team does their best, especially Maintenance, but they are greatly outnumbered by less than caring residents.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MAINTENANCE!!!!
I just wanted to personally thank JOHN from the service/maintenance department. He has helped me on several occasions. Each time he has been timely, courteous, and very informative. He took the time to explain to me how he would resolve the issue, and also gave me some pointers on how I could prevent or troubleshoot something from happening again.
No matter how big or small the issue, John was was friendly and helpful. I commend him and the staff at Madison Pointe for their positive attitude and genuine concern.

I've been living at Madison Pointe for a while now, and with time, you really get to see whether a place is truly good or not. What sets Madison Pointe apart is its exceptional customer service. You truly get to know a community during the hard moments, not just the easy ones and that's where Madison Pointe shines.
Angelica, Samantha, Alysson, Alberto, and the entire team are amazing. They're not just polite and professional, they genuinely care. They approach every situation with kindness, respect, and most importantly, empathy for the residents.
I would definitely recommend Madison Pointe to anyone looking for a place to live in Daytona Beach. In my opinion, it’s the best place to live in the area.

We just moved in and we absolutely love it here so far! It’s beautiful, clean, great location and the amenities are top notch! I feel like I live at a resort!! Samantha was great to work with as well as Angelica!!

This is the first apartment that I have had in over 30 years. I really love it here. Anytime I have a problem with anything, they're right on it. Samantha is a jewel. She makes you feel so much at home ? and she is right on top of things you may to have done.

Samantha was very disrespectful to me when I came to visit the apartments. She unknowingly approached my vehicle, threatened and cursed at me about personal matters that had nothing to do with her while she was on the job. This is very unprofessional behavior from a staff member and needs to be addressed.

I told the office that the dog bags for the dog park and elsewhere were out. I went back a week later and told them they were still out. Finally, four weeks later they have been refilled. We told the office that water seems to be leaking from above. We can see it around our fans in the ceiling. It has been a few days and no one has come by to check it out. The problem was that I had never put in a maintenance request. Once I did, it was all fixed the next day. Couldn’t ask for more. The office staff was very helpful.
