Went to buy a gun at the shop. It was all a pleasant process till it came time to pay for it. It was my friend's purchase for a gun he wanted. I was using my card, cuz I was buying one of his guns. The shop assumed he was purchasing the gun for me. He was not. I was going to pay for his gun, and in return , I would get his used gun.rather than find out what was going g on, we were shown the door.

Awful service from two entitled women who think they're better than their customers. Places like this don't deserve your business! Do yourself a favor - stay away! They'll talk rudely to you and even worse when you leave! I couldn't believe the things I heard them say about a customer after she walked out the door.

Absolutely deplorable customer service. The two daughters should be ashamed of themselves. Not only were they rude, but they cursed at my husband and I as we walked out the door. This kind of behavior in a business should absolutely not be tolerated - but then again, they probably wouldn’t have acted that way if their father was there.

Place is awesome has a nice warm welcome and very nice merchandise for a pawn shop, and the employees were very nice very fair on prices I would say one of the best pawn shops in Daytona beach
