Nov 1, 2024 The worst customer service ever Metro by TMobile. 445pm-still stuck waiting for the police 5:15 pm.
The girl gave me some help finding the phone and took time to explain some of the promos offered.
I wanted a phone and possibly a watch
She never answered about pricing and then , I was asking about the amount since I wanted the phone.
She took my license and went to do the deal , however the 21$ for the phone and the activation fee and one months service was supposed to be 85$ and the girl came up with 173$ as a total startup
I calmly asked her to check the math and she called her boss and I said ok but I don’t know what the price difference is can I look at the screen or can you print it out so I can see where additional taxes and charges were being added. Perhaps there was the large discrepancy.
When I asked this the service rep called her manager and saying I was causing a disturbance. I was standing there not speaking. The manager is like tell her to leave.
I heard and said ok , please give me my DL . She the service girl says no I’m calling the police and your a disturbance ! And I’m gonna trespass her !
I said I would like my license back as you asked me to leave ?
She still held my license (saying I took a photo of her with out her permission.
I did take a side shot of the cash register, half of her was in it and I deleted it I showed her, She still would not give me my Identification Mainly I had wanted her name which may have been on a badge if she were wearing one or ever gave a name …..I asked again for my license and she said no im keeping it and calling the cops on you !
I said it is illegal to not let me go and I did nothing wrong. Didn’t curse or raise my voice simply asked to see the breakdown of the phone and bill for sign up !!!
Then another guy sided with her because she said oh she she she pointing at me and the guy had just walked in there were two other people who came in one bought a phone and I let her go first since I had a few questions.
Now it 506 pm I have been here 30 minutes just stopped to get a line for my son . Didn’t get anything accomplished and I am waiting since she called the police 👮♀️ 519pm trying to say to write me up for trespassing which I did not trespass.
The worst shopping experience of my life !! How do these liars get away with this.
I think I should call a lawyer as they are trying to cause me slander to me and give me problems for asking to see a copy of the paperwork they were supposed to be having me sign .
So why not let me see the numbers that didn’t add up . Possibly lie and scam their customers without T-Mobile knowing. trying to stick me with a no trespass when I was there to do business and asked to go I only stayed long enough for her to give me my license.
Never argued , raised my voice or cussed . Waited until she was good and ready and kept me falsely imprisoned at the store holding my drivers license ransom.
This is NOVA Road Store S Daytona Beach 447 s Nova Rd MetroTMobile ….would never recommend and I think T-Mobile should fine the store and compensate me for this horror show , just for asking to see the bill breakdown. Melissa H
Ps . Still waiting to make a police report 5:22 pm this is unacceptable to do this to people for no reason except she wanted to do whatever she wanted and did with her on the phone bosses consent .
These are the type of companies who will go under with terrible customer treatment and abuse they will not last 🙏

Crystal assisted me in switching carriers and purchasing a new phone and also gave me a lot of info for using my I-phone. She is great. Have been doing business with her since she was in new Smyrna beach and now in Daytona.. she’s greatPat St Gelais
