Great Service! Nicest guys ever. But Dont buy the Samsung A13 5G is Slow AF and I have to keep the Data Off all the time or it maxes out my 3GB data in 5 minutes.

I had a mixed experience at this MetroPCS. One of the associates was absolutely very helpful and attentive (that I dealt with several days ago), I would absolutely give that individual five stars. However, the other associate I dealt with (today) left a very sour taste in my mouth. I wish I could remember their names to give more clarification.The individual I found to be rude didn't help me put on my screen protector or phone case when I asked for help and said they were too busy despite being the only one in the store with them and saying that I didn't mind waiting a little. Made underhanded/condescending remarks about me being able to do it myself. Asked invasive questions about how much my phone costs. Asked me if I needed any help while they were dealing with a customer and then had me waiting on them for several minutes when it was just the two of us in the store moments later.I don't want to be too harsh on them because there's a chance that maybe I rubbed them the wrong way and put them on guard with something I did or also there could have been a cultural difference in communication styles. I know sometimes these things happen.However, I'm very reluctant to want to want to deal with that individual again. They did tell me to have a nice day as I left, but it sort of felt like a slap in the face with their sort of passive rudeness that had been demonstrated before.

I had to get a new phone due to my screen and so I went to the Metro on Mason and Clyde Morris and the associate Sam helped me. He was very patient with the whole situation. Sam went above and beyond to make sure my situation was taken care of. He was pneunominal . He is very kind and very. He is an excellent representative. Please ask for Sam if you do decide to visit this location. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Sam once again.

Company has no customer service, everytime i pay my bill they always mess something up. Got the family plan with 4 lines and a tablet supposed to be 120$. Have not paid that since i got the phones. Now they are tryingnto charge me almost 200$ for my next bill cycle. Tried to call customer service and have been on hold for over an gour now!! We will be changing our services!!!
