Very nice, over priced frames. But they did have a few on sale and bogo. That was nice. I did get a frame and had a picture framed and matted. The framing process was done while I waited. That was awesome. The mat was very nice but the cutting was armaturest. The lines were not all straight and perfect, as I would expect, and for the price.
Other than that, everyone was nice and the framing shop employees were very helpful.

Michael's always have the best products, prices and people. My only issue, if any, is that I had to use the self checkout instead of having a real cashier. Bring back customer service.

Stopped in today just to look around. The store is extremely clean, and organized. It also seems to have more of a selection of items compared to our local store. Will definitely be back again since I'm moving to the area.

My favorite place to go for crafts and decorations. The coupons and rewards are plentiful. Employees are knowledgeable and kind.

I meant to write this last night after I left the store, but I got terribly sidetracked. Last night, my friend and I stopped by Michael’s after our dinner to get some supplies for an impromptu clay sculpting night. Despite walking in 30 minutes before close (I’m so sorry, I hate customers that do this), the young sales associate working there was so helpful and kind! She helped direct me to random supplies I was searching for and her cheery personality all the way up to close was so great! You don’t see customer service like that often anymore. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately, but she was a shorter, younger girl with dark, curly hair. That girls deserves all the recognition!
